Bringing fans
closer to football

Football Sponsorship

As a passionate supporter of football at the highest level for 20 years, our partnerships with FIFA and UEFA have made Hyundai one of the most established automotive sponsors in football.

Throughout our history in football, we have helped supporters get closer to the game they love - many people around the World will have watched FIFA World Cups or European Championships at Hyundai Fan Parks – and our 'For the Fans' campaign builds on the 'fans first' approach adopted for its international football sponsorships.

By turning our focus to club football, we can further deepen our engagement with supporters right across Europe, helping even more fans to get closer to the game that they love.

Our Clubs

Our new domestic partnerships are with ‘capital clubs’ in some of the most
iconic cities in Europe and are united by their passionate and dedicated and strong
heritage that match the global scale and challenging spirit of Hyundai.

In the French Ligue 1 football championship, partnerships between a brand and a club that have lasted for 6 years are rare, and often stop at mere visibility. If one had to explain in one sentence the longevity of the alliance between Hyundai Motor France and Olympique Lyonnais, it would be: "win-win".

Our partnerships extend our connection to football through a new programme of sponsorship at club level and will enable us to create exciting new opportunities for fans and customers throughout the season. By having our logo exposed on the sleeve or reverse of our partner clubs as well as in- stadia, awareness and recognition of the Hyundai brand will grow in both new and existing markets.
