Hyundai Motor has been the Official Automotive Partner of FIFA since 1999. Hyundai Motor being the Official Partner this year have supplied 530 vehicles for official use during the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia. The tournament will kick start on 14th June 2018, with 32 national teams vying for a coveted place in the prestigious final, to be held in Moscow on 15th July 2018.

Save My Game
On giving a missed call on **FOOTBALL (**36682255) Helpline number, the Fan will get an opportunity to free themselves from any interruption (like a family member or friend) and continue to enjoy watching the game. The interrupter during the selected match time the fan is watching, will be engaged in exciting activities such as Interactions with RJs or TV stars or an E-voucher which can be used to avail a movie ticket, Spa, Dine out, etc. or Test drive of a Hyundai model. More than 100 Fan Helpline diallers will get a chance to ‘Save Their Game’ on each match day.

Hyundai Home Dug Out

In addition, Hyundai will create exciting Hyundai-FIFA ‘Home Dug Out’ experiences for 15 Lucky Football Fans across India at their homes. These home dug out zones will have live screening of a match from the 2018 FIFA World Cup, with exciting Hyundai and FIFA merchandize, cheering kit and more, made available for the fans and their fellow football enthusiasts.

Terms and Conditions
1. The Campaign “Save My Game” (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Campaign’), (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Campaign’), organized by Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) is not a contest of any kind which shall run from 14th June 2018 to 15th July 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Term’). HMIL has the sole discretion either to reduce the term or increase the term.
2. The Campaign is open to Indian Nationals of above 18 years of age, residing in India.
3. The objective of the Campaign is to engage Football fans (Participant) and Non-Football fan (distraction) in a unique and exciting manner.
4. To participate in the Campaign, Participants must have a valid phone/Mobile number and share the correct information of the distraction (non-fan).
5. To participate in the Campaign during the Term, the Participant has to adhere to the following steps:
a. Call on the Toll Free Missed call Number **FOOTBALL/**36682255, follow the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) instructions, provide the details sought and confirm their respective name. Further, the Participant shall provide name and Phone/Mobile Number of another person, who shall be called as “Non-fan” reference. Mobile number of the Fan and Non-fan to be unique in order to get a chance to win and ‘Save their game’.
b. The IVR activation interval will be from 12:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all match days..
c. Participant to communicate which match to be saved from distraction (non-fan) by selecting the option of the match on the phone keypad when interacting with IVR.
d. The participant shall have to bear the charges levied by the respective telecom service provider if any for calling the Toll Free Number.
e. The Toll free missed call number is only active for Vodafone, Airtel and Idea registered mobile numbers.
f. Customer/ fan giving a missed call acknowledges that they have given permission to be called back irrespective of their call receipt settings.
6. During the Term, from amongst the non-fans referred by the Participants, on all match days, 100 non-fans will be selected on each match day through lucky draw and every such selected non-fan will get either a PayTM E-Voucher worth Rs.500/- or opportunity to interact with RJ/Television Star or Test Drive of a Hyundai model from any of HMIL’s authorized dealerships located across India.
7. The Further, during the Term, from amongst the Participants, 15 Participants will be selected through lucky draw as “Winners”, to watch a match of the 2018 FIFA World Cup live, at his/her Residence with Home Dugout facility (Audio/Video set-up) and HMIL shall at its cost provide Home Dugout facility. HMIL shall not be liable in the event HMIL is not able to provide Home Dugout facility due to space constraint or any other reasons at the Winner’s Residence. After the respective match is over, the Home Dugout facility provided by HMIL at the Winner’s Residence will be taken back by HMIL. Any damage caused to Dugout facility during the match, shall be borne by the Participants.
8. To be eligible for the Home Dug Out experience by Hyundai winners are to have the below :
a. Winner to provide the power required to run the projector and screen and to have Power back up
b. Winner to have a room or space which should be minimum 20 X 10 X 10 with basic lighting
c. A DTH with all Sony channels with basic cabling
d. Winner to cooperate and send images of space for Home Dug out within an
hour of the tele-caller
e. Winner to not object to clicking of images of Home Dug out set up at winners home
f. The Dug out images at the Winner’s homes may be used on Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) Social Media platforms
9. The selection of more than 100 Non-fans/Winners on each match day during the term will be selected by a Jury comprising of members from 93.5 Red FM. The decision of the jury in selecting the Non-fans and Winners shall be final and binding on the Participants and no correspondence in this regard, shall be entertained under any circumstances.
10. The User entries may be used on Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) Social Media platforms and/or for radio promotional activities.
11. Gift/Benefit(s) if any shown are only for representation and actual Gift/Benefit(s) may vary at the time of distribution.
12. The selection of Winners/Non-fan by HMIL shall be intimated through SMS to his/her Mobile Number and the non-fan/winner has to redeem/claim the Gift/Benefit offered by HMIL within the stipulated timeline as communicated to the Non-fan/Winner, failing which his/her claim shall be forfeited.
13. The Gift/Benefit offered to a Non-fan/Winner is non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash claim will be entertained by HMIL, in lieu of the Gift/Benefit. HMIL may at its sole discretion substitute or replace any Gift/Benefit with any other equal or similar Gift/Benefit selected by it, without any prior notice to the Winner/Non-fans.
14. The Gift/Benefit to a selected Non-fan/Winner would be cancelled, if any information provided either at the time of registration or subsequently, is factually incorrect or wrong.
15. HMIL makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or usability of any Gift/Benefit. The Terms & Conditions of the third party and any Service provider are applicable and to be abided by the Participants, Non-fans/Winners. HMIL is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of Gifts/Benefits or services, nor it is liable for any defect or deficiency or shortcoming or in the quality of Gifts/Benefits including services rendered or so obtained/availed or redeemed by the Non-fans/Winners.
16. The Participants should not deface or disparage HMIL and/or any brand of HMIL in any manner.
17. HMIL reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant that it determines to be tampering with the process or the operation of this Campaign, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
18. HMIL will not be responsible and liable for (including but not limited to):
• If Participant is not able to participate in the Campaign, due to inability to access the Toll Free Number owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason or any kind of failure
• Any late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Non-fan/ Winner
• For any SMS message delivery failures
• If the participant and/or non-fan has registered to the DND (Do Not Disturb) of the telecom provider/ National Do Not Call Registry(NDNC) or has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
19. All Participants agrees that even if they are registered under NDNC or DND, HMIL or its Agency will have all the authority to call such selected winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Campaign.
20. HMIL reserves the right to withdraw/terminate the Campaign without assigning any reason at any given point of time without any prior notice/ information and alter / change the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, process or means of gratification without any prior notice/information.
21. The Participants would be solely held liable for any details including but not restricted to age, name, profession etc. provided by them.
22. The personal information submitted/posted by the Participants, including non-fan details will become the exclusive property of HMIL and HMIL shall have every right to use the same for any activity or lead generation and other purposes, without any restrictions or prior permission/notice.
23. The Gift/Benefit will be subject to the Income Tax Act 1961, as may be applicable, which shall be borne by the Non-fans / Winner.
24. The Campaign is subject to force majeure conditions and HMIL shall bear no responsibility or liability for cancellation or postponement of the Campaign.
25. The Campaign will be void in any State, where such conducting such Campaign is prohibited by law.
26. Any dispute arising out of this Campaign or otherwise shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
27. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant accepts to all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and agrees that HMIL shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Campaign and waive any claim against HMIL.
