Hyundai warrants your Hyundai vehicle with reasonable and valuable condition

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take a few minutes to read & understand the below important Information regarding your new Hyundai vehicle. For any clarification please contact your Sales/ Service Officer or visit the nearest
Hyundai Showroom.

  • Hyundai does not recommend installation of Tracking Devices or other electrical and electronic accessories on the vehicle. Any such installation may affect the performance of the vehicle & consequential damages. This may also lead to cancellation of your vehicle warranty. For genuine Hyundai accessories, please visit the nearest Hyundai showroom.
  • For your car to remain in top condition and functional for a long time and optionally, not to forfeit warranty, it is essential for your Hyundai authorized service partner to perform regular service inspections. The service schedule informs you about when the service inspection must be done. Please find Hyundai recommended service schedule mentioned in the service booklet which was handed over to you during the time of delivery.

Recommended Service Schedule:

  • 1st FREE service at 1,000 km or 30 days [Whichever comes earlier],
    from the date of sale (ONLY Labor is free, Consumables is charged)
  • 2nd FREE service at 5,000 km or 90 days [Whichever comes earlier],
    from the date of sale (ONLY Labor is free, Consumables is charged)
  • 3rd FREE service at 10,000 km or 180 days [Whichever comes earlier],
    from the date of sale (ONLY Labor is free, Consumables is charged)
  • Thereafter, Periodic Maintenance is at every 5,000 km or 3 months
    [Whichever comes earlier], from the last service

IMPORTANT:

  • Always bring your warranty booklet along with the vehicle, while coming for any service or repairs
  • Warranty repairs will only be carried out on presenting the warranty booklet
  • Please adhere to the recommended service schedule to avail warranty benefits,
    Warranty benefits will be null & void if service schedule is not adhered to
  • Please take prior appointment to serve you in a better way

Note: Vehicles may be accepted with maximum of 500 km or 15 days beyond stipulated service schedule.

  • Do not carry out any service/repairs at unauthorized service stations which will forfeit the warranty of your vehicle. To enjoy the best performance of your vehicle & retain your vehicle warranty, maintain your vehicle with our Authorized Service Centers only.
  • Hyundai does not recommend water washing of engine compartment because of sensors and other electronic parts located in the engine compartment.
  • All Hyundai vehicles come with a standard warranty of Three (03) years or 100,000 Km
  • Warranty on Hyundai vehicles does not cover Wheels, Tires, Battery & Body Parts. General wear & tear items such as fuses, brake discs, clutch plates, shock absorbers and rubber parts are conditional and only covered if reported within 1000 km or 01 month (whichever comes first) from the date of sale.
  • UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE THE VEHICLE WILL BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY.
  • Do not tamper with the recommended specifications of the vehicle by installing performance enhancement devices or adding fuel/oil cleaning or flushing additives.
  • Defects such as scratches on the body, dents, cracked windshield or window glasses etc. should be reported within 24 hours after delivery. This is applicable ONLY for outstation deliveries.
