1. The Promoter
The Promoter is Hyundai Motor UK Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 05446560) whose registered office is at Birchwood Building, Springfield Drive, Leatherhead KT22 7LP.
2. The Prize Draw
The title of the Prize Draw is ‘Your Route to the World Cup’.
3. The Prize
3.1. The “Prize” is as follows, courtesy of and provided by Hyundai Motor UK Ltd (HMUK) :
There are four prizes available, each consisting of two category 2 match tickets to a FIFA World Cup Game at Boston Stadium. Three of the Prizes are for the England v Ghana match on 23rd June 2026 and one Prize is for the Haiti v Scotland match on 13th June 2026. One Prize will be randomly allocated to each of the prize winners (“Winner” or “Winners”) at the same time the Winner is selected, using a third party, independent adjudicator. Each of the four Prizes also includes a World cup souvenir.
The Prize includes round-trip economy / coach flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees and duties) from the capital city of the country in which the Winner lives, as well as accommodation. Flights may be indirect, and not all routings will be available. Flight itinerary will be determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion. Accommodation is one room in a 3* or 4* hotel for three nights with airport transfers to and from the hotel included. Accommodation includes breakfast only and does not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, which will be the responsibility of the Winner. A credit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check-in and therefore either the Winner or one guest must possess and travel with a valid credit card. Accommodation will be selected by the Promoter at its sole discretion.
3.2. The Prize is for two adults, both of whom must travel at the same time, from the same point of origin and with the same itinerary. At least one traveller must be aged 25 or over. Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
3.3. The Prize is for tickets to specific FIFA World Cup matches as outlined in point 3.1 and there are no match or cash alternatives. From the date of notification, the Winner will be required to confirm their travel dates and acceptance of the Prize exactly 2 months prior to the date of the match that has been allocated to them in the Prize. Once booked, no changes to the itinerary will be permitted. The Prize cannot be taken on Public Holidays in the Prize destination country or country of departure.
3.4. The Winner is responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry to the Prize destination. All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel. Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the Winner and guests and the Promoter does not take any responsibility for the approval or denial of the Winner’s travel status.
3.5. The Prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the Prize.
3.6. The Prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. The Prize can be transferred to another person(s) by the Winner, if allowed and in accordance with FIFA rules, and the same terms and conditions apply to the 3rd party. Ensuring awareness of the terms and conditions is the full responsibility of the Winner.
4. How to enter
4.1. The Prize Draw will run from 09:00 am on 23/02/2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 23.59am on 30/04/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
4.2. All entries must be received by Hyundai Motor United Kingdom, the “Promoter” by no later than the closing date. All entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.
4.3. By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions “Conditions” and confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate and complete. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any and all “Entrants” and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Entrants shall at all times act in good faith towards the Promoter and the Prize Draw.
4.4. Entry into the Prize Draw is free (except for any applicable data usage charges).
4.5. In order to enter the Prize Draw and to be considered for the Prize, entrants must book their test drive through the Hyundai UK website and complete the test drive of a Hyundai TUCSON or SANTA FE at a participating Hyundai retailer between the Opening Date and the Closing Date. After the test drive has taken place, the retailer where the test drive was booked and completed will confirm completion of the test drive and confirm back to the Promoter. Once completion is confirmed by the retailer, the entrant will receive an email to confirm their entry. The entrant must enter all required details for their entry to be placed into the Prize Draw. Only one competition entry per person allowed. The test drive must be completed before entry and verified by the retailer.
4.6. The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw.
4.7. By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Conditions.

4.9. The Winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entrants using a third party random selection process.
5. Eligibility
5.1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 25 years or above possessing a full UK passport or UK citizenship passport. Entrants will NOT be eligible to take part in the Prize Draw if they are:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) or (b) above.
5.2. In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize.
5.3. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw. In addition, the Promoter will require you to produce your full UK passport or UK citizenship passport (and that of your guests).
5.4. The Promoter will not accept Prize Draw entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with.
5.5. There is a limit of one entry to the Prize Draw per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.
5.6. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
6. Winners
6.1. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2. The Promoter will contact the Winners with the contact details provided on the test drive form by which the Winners entered the Prize Draw. The Promoter will not be responsible for the inability of a Winner to take up the Prize.
6.3. The Promoter will send the name and country of the Winner to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw requesting details of the Winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address set out in Condition 1.
7. Claiming the Prize
7.1. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not confirmed their ability to accept the winning tickets within 48 hours of being contacted by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or their guests, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, fines, personal injury, imprisonment or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Data Protection and Intellectual Property Rights
9.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice: hyundai.co.uk/legal/privacy
9.2. By participating and accepting the winning tickets, you acknowledge and agree to grant the Promoter, including any of its agents, the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or subsequently developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you for the purpose of promoting the Prize Draw, including any outcome, and promoting any products manufactured, distributed or supplied by the Promoter.
9.3. The Promoter shall be the absolute owner of any and all photographs, film, video and other materials (and all rights therein, including the copyright) produced pursuant to these Conditions.
10. General
10.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Conditions without notice where reasonably necessary for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw.
10.3 The Prize Draw, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England & Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10.4 The Promoter holds no responsibility for the actions of the Winner during their trip.
10.5. Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines.
