1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Hyundai Motor UK, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 05446560) whose registered office is at Birchwood Building, Springfield Drive, Leatherhead KT22 7LP.
2. The Competition
2.1. The title of the competition is: IONIQ 3 PIX3L Perfect Competition
3. The Prize
3.1. The “Prize” means the prize consisting of an IONIQ 3 N Line EVO – EV Pack + Comfort Pack
3.2. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
3.3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
4. How to enter
4.1. The competition will run from 09:00 16th July 2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 11:59 31st October 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
4.2. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 11:59 on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
4.3. To enter the competition, an entrant must upload a video showcasing the IONIQ 3 on a public facing social media account on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube and use the hashtags #WinAnIONIQ3 and #IONIQ3 in the caption by the Closing Date.
4.4. No purchase necessary.
4.5. The Promoter will not accept:
(a) any video under twenty seconds; or
(b) any static images alone.
4.6. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Judging and Shortlisting
5.1. Following the Closing Date, all eligible entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
5.2. Entries will be judged against the following criteria:
(a) Creativity and originality
(b) The extent to which the entry demonstrates a fresh, innovative or distinctive idea
(c) Use of storytelling, humour, or concept to stand out from other entries
(d) Avoidance of overly derivative or copied content
(e) Quality of content
(f) Overall production quality, including visuals, editing, sound, and clarity
(g) Effort and craftsmanship demonstrated in the creation of the video
(h) How effectively the content communicates its message within the required format
(i) Engagement Potential
(j) The likelihood that the content will resonate with a broad audience on social media
(k) Shareability and appeal within platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
(l) Strength of concept in driving organic interaction
(m) Accuracy of Content
(n) Accuracy of any factual claims, product information, or statements made within the entry
(o) Correct representation of Hyundai vehicles, features, and capabilities
(p) Avoidance of misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims
(q) Entries containing inaccurate, misleading, or potentially harmful information may be downgraded or disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion. This includes entries which contain unsafe behaviour (such as filming while driving and/or excessive speed), illegal activity, offensive content, defamatory content or content which is inconsistent with the Promoters brand values.
5.3. The judges will select a number of shortlisted entries (the “Shortlist”) at their sole discretion. The number of shortlisted entries will be determined by the Promoter.
5.4. Judges will score each entry against the above criteria and select a shortlist based on overall performance.
5.5. The Promoter reserves the right to:
(a) Apply weightings to the above criteria at its discretion
(b) Shortlist entries that demonstrate standout performance in specific areas
(c) Exclude any entry that, in the Promoter’s opinion, does not meet the required standards or could be determined to cause damage to the brand’s image.
(d) If your entry is shortlisted, you will be contacted via the social media platform you have entered with within 4 weeks.
5.6. You will have 5 days to pass along the original video to enable The Promoter to post.
5.7. The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Public Voting
6.1. Shortlisted entries will be published on the Promoter’s official Hyundai UK social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
6.2. Once published, the winner will be determined by public engagement on the Promoter’s posts featuring the shortlisted entries.
6.3. Engagement will include a combination of metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and reposts, as determined by the Promoter.
6.4. All engagements will be added together and the total after 14 days exactly will be the final total.
6.5. The entry with the highest level of engagement across the relevant post(s), as calculated and verified by the Promoter, will be selected as the winner.
6.6. The Promoter reserves the right to:
(a) Define how engagement is measured and weighted
(b) Disqualify any engagement deemed fraudulent, manipulated, or in breach of platform rules
(c) Remove or moderate comments/content that violate community guidelines
7. Eligibility
7.1. The competition is only open to all natural persons residents in the UK aged 17 years or over, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) Employees, contractors, influencers, journalists, agency partners and anyone professionally associated with Hyundai UK, the Promoter, or the administration of this competition may participate for engagement purposes but are not eligible to win the prize;
(c) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(d) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
7.2. If you are under the age of 18 you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim the Prize. The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age.
7.3. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
7.4. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer or artificial intelligence;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) any entry removed before the authentication and judging process;
(e) duplicate entries.
7.5. There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint or duplicate submissions are not allowed.
7.6. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
7.7. Competition entries cannot be returned.
8. Winner
8.1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
8.2. The Promoter will contact the winner of the competition within 6 weeks of the Closing Date[KB24] . They will receive their Prize presented to them in person at their nearest Hyundai retailer.
8.3. The Promoter will send the name of the winner to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the competition requesting details of the winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address set out in Condition 1.
8.4. The winner will be the entrant whose shortlisted entry receives the highest level of valid engagement on the Promoter’s official social media channels, as determined in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8.5. The winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter or via details provided during entry.
8.6. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner based on the next highest engagement.
9. Claiming the Prize
9.1. Please allow 90 days for delivery of the Prize.
9.2. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 5 days of the announcement date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
9.3. The Promoter is responsible for the cost of the Prize as described in these terms. The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly included, including insurance, fuel or charging costs, maintenance, servicing and any future tax, charges or running costs relating to the vehicle. The Promoter does not provide tax advice. The winner is responsible for obtaining their own tax advice and for any tax liability that may arise from accepting or using the Prize.
9.4. The promoter will not be responsible for any adaptations required for your use of the vehicle.
9.5. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
10. Fair Play and Platform Integrity
10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be artificially inflating engagement through bots, paid interactions, coordinated manipulation, or any other fraudulent means.
10.2. Only genuine engagement from real users will be considered valid.
11. Platform Disclaimer
11.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok. By entering, participants agree to release these platforms from any responsibility.
12. Limitation of Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
12.1. Ownership, Usage and Content Rights
12.2. By submitting a competition entry, you grant the Promoter (Hyundai Motor UK) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display and distribute your entry (in whole or in part) across any media channels, including but not limited to the Promoter’s social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok), websites, and marketing materials, for the purposes of administering and promoting this competition and for related promotional and marketing activities.
12.3. By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree that your content may be:
(a) Shared, reposted, or featured on the Promoter’s official social media channels
(b) Edited or adapted for formatting, length, or platform requirements
(c) Used in paid or organic promotional activity relating to the competition
(d) 13.3 You agree to waive all moral rights
(e) in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
12.4. By entering the competition you confirm that:
(a) You are the original creator of the content submitted
(b) Your entry does not infringe the rights of any third party
(c) You have obtained permission from any individuals appearing in your content for it to be used by the Promoter
(d) You have obtained all usage rights of any content you have not created yourself
13. Data Protection and Publicity
13.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Hyundai privacy policy (hyundai.com/uk/en/privacy-policy).
14. General
14.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
14.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
14.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
