Extending the Riches of Cultural Life to the Underprivileged

2011.11.23 17:54:08 No. 15853

On August 12, HMC organized a special event along with the Children Foundation in order to invite 700 children from low-income households or households without parents to watch the musical, Dr. Jekyll and Hyde.

The 700 teenagers who watched the musical on this day later joined the actors backstage, taking photographs with them. Afterward, they were invited to Lotte World and enjoyed the thrill rides. A spokesperson for the company said: “We organized today’s event in order to extend cultural and artistic opportunities to young people who are especially deprived of these chances. We will continue to fulfill our social responsibility by sponsoring various artistic, music, and performance activities and share these values with as many people as possible.”
