We are studying the acquisition of Mando Corporation in order to increase our competitiveness as an automobile manufacturer by strengthening our business area of automotive chassis parts. However, currently, no concrete decision has been made, and we will disclose the details of the negotiation upon its conclusion by February 28, 2006.
