Responsive disclosure regarding the news report of acquisition plans for Mando Corporation.

 

We are studying the acquisition of Mando Corporation based on an analysis of the company’s competitiveness in its main businesses such as brakes, steering, shock absorbers etc.

However, currently, no concrete decision has been made, and we will disclose the details of the negotiation upon its conclusion by August, 2006.
