Responsive disclosure regarding the news report of the establishment of a joint venture company with Guangzhou Automobile Company
We have signed a MOU with China Guangzhou Automobile Company in reference to the establishment of a China Commercial Vehicle Joint Venture Plant, after which we have completed various studies such as market research etc. We are currently undergoing negotiations with Guangzhou Automobile Company to study an appropriate business plan etc. and concrete agreement details in order to sign a formal contract.
We will disclose any further details upon its conclusion by the end of December, 2006.
