Responsive disclosure regarding the news report of the
establishment of a joint venture company with
Guangzhou Automobile Company

We are currently undergoing negotiations with Guangzhou Automobile Company about the most suitable business plan regarding the establishment of a China Commercial Vehicle Joint Venture Plant.
And also we are additionally under review for foreign exchange risk and the change of domestic and overseas commercial vehicle industry environment, which affect the establishment of Joint Venture Plant.
We will disclose any further details upon its conclusion by the end of June, 2007.
