establishment of a joint venture company with
Guangzhou Automobile Company
Currently, we are under agreement negotiations with China Guangzhou Automobile Company, topics including the most suitable business plan and other details, in reference to the establishment of a China Commercial Vehicle Joint Venture Plant.
