Payment Protection Program

Mechanism:

1. This guarantee applies to all Hyundai Stargazer, Stargazer X and Creta buyers through Hyundai Finance financing partners during 2023.
2. This guarantee is valid for 1 year after the date of handover of the vehicle with the customer.
3. Customers will receive a certificate in digital form containing vehicle data, benefits, and conditions guaranteed in this program.
4. Those who are entitled to receive benefits from this program are individuals whose names are recorded as debtors in the company contract.
5. Physical conditions due to accidents that are included in the guarantee requirements of this program, include:
• Loss of sight.
• Loss of ability to type/write/drive/handle.
• Loss of ability to walk on both feet.
6. The document requirements that must be present when making this warranty claim are:
• Traffic Accident Certificate from the local Police.
• Certificate from a hospital doctor (not a clinic).
• Medical diagnosis from Hospital.
7. This warranty does not apply to physical injury caused by:
• Accidents that are intentional or act of driving that violates the rules, for example: under the influence of alcohol.
• The fire is not the result of a traffic accident.
• Injuries from riots, sabotage, terrorism.
8. This guarantee does not apply to vehicles used for rental purposes, except for the Bali area.
9. Hyundai Stargazer / Creta owners are required to contact the Hyundai Call Center or local Dealer within 30 days after the date of accident to report a claim against this warranty.
