The legal bits.
5 years of unlimited mileage.
An end-customer refers to an individual, company or any other entity purchasing (i) a new Hyundai vehicle from an authorised Hyundai dealer not for the purpose of reselling or, (ii) a Hyundai vehicle that has been originally purchased from an authorised Hyundai dealer by an individual, company or any other entity not for the purpose of reselling.
Additionally, there are 3 years warranty on the AVN or Radio unit.
Vehicles used as taxis or rental cars are covered by a 3-year, 100,000 km warranty – whatever comes first.
There are unique warranty conditions for mild hybrid models batteries or high-voltage batteries:
- Mild Hybrid Batteries (48V): 5 years
- High Voltage Batteries (FCEV, Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid or EV): 8 years, or up to 200,000 km
Depending on the production date as well as the lead and storage time, the warranty policy can be amended. For actual terms and conditions, please always refer to the Warranty booklet. An annual health check catches any little problem before they become big problems, ensuring that owning your Hyundai is free of hassles and worries. Your health check covers: engine, gearbox, steering, suspension, braking system. The 5-Year vehicle health check can be changed for any other service programme.*

In the unlikely event that your Hyundai does break down, you are covered with free roadside assistance for 5 long, worry-free years – whether in your home country or abroad.*

2 year warranty on genuine parts.
Hyundai offers a 2-Year Warranty on all genuine parts and Hyundai accessories.
12 years of anti-perforation coverage.
There are no limits to the lengths we’ll go to bring you peace of mind, so in addition to our unlimited mileage warranty, body sheet metal panels of every new Hyundai are also protected to prevent their perforation.
Up to 5 years warranty on paint.
In general, there is a 5-Year Warranty on paint for all models – unlimited mileage*.
* Vehicles used as taxis or rental cars are covered by a 3-year, 100,000 km warranty whatever comes first.

Wear and tear items – consumable parts warranty.
The consumable parts (e.g. tyres, spark plugs, brake pads, 12V batteries, etc.) are covered by a 2–Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty. The consumable parts for vehicles used as taxis or rental cars are covered by a 2–year, 40,000 km warranty whatever comes first.
Tyre warranty is handled by the tyre manufacturer.
