  • Electric

Electric vehicles (EVs) powered solely by batteries offer quick acceleration and responsive handling. They are equipped with larger batteries than plug-in hybrids or standard hybrids, providing a significantly longer electric range. Regenerative braking also helps extend this range.
The battery is recharged by plugging into an outlet, and charging speed varies based on the vehicle and charger type. Some models are capable of ultra-fast charging with high-voltage DC chargers, making them among the fastest to recharge. Additionally, certain EV trims can power external devices using "Vehicle-to-Load" mode.

    • Icon-Quick-acceleration

      Quick acceleration

The electric motor smoothly delivers instant torque.
    • Icon-Regenerative-braking

      Regenerative braking

Brakes convert energy into electricity, which charges the battery.
  • Plug-in hybrid

Plug-in hybrids combine a battery-powered motor with a gas engine and feature larger batteries than standard hybrids, allowing for the option to drive in all-electric mode. They also offer an extended overall range and higher power.

  • Hybrid

Hybrids can use their gas engine and electric motor independently or in combination, depending on driving speed. This flexibility generally results in better fuel efficiency than traditional gas-only vehicles. The motor’s battery recharges solely through regenerative braking, eliminating the need to plug into an outlet.

  • Fuel cell

Fuel cell vehicles, like electric vehicles, run solely on a battery-powered motor. However, instead of plugging in, the battery is recharged by a fuel cell stack that converts hydrogen into electricity, with water as the only emission.
