FAQs

1. How do I apply for auto loan?
You can fill out the online application form in this link and our partner bank will contact you and process your application based on your eligibility criteria and requirement.

You may also apply with any Hyundai dealership near you.

2. What do I need to submit to apply for an auto loan?
General requirements are two (2) valid/government issued IDs and proof of utility bill under Borrower’s name.

If you are employed, you will need to submit the following:
• Certificate of Employment with salary (valid within 30 days from issuance date)
• Or latest (3) months’ payslip
• Latest ITR
If you are self-employed, you will need to submit the following:
• DTI/Sec Registration/By Laws/Articles of Incorporation
• Latest (3) months’ bank statement
• ITR with audited FS
If you are OFW/Seafarer, you will need to submit the following:
• Latest Contract of Employment
• Passport ID

3. When and how do I know my loan gets approved?
Approval can take between 2 to 3 days and may be issued by our partner banks – Eastwest, Banco de Oro and Bank of Philippine Islands via text/email message or a phone call.
