Hyundai provides 5-year or 150,000 km vehicle warranty (whichever comes first), covering repairs required due to manufacturing defects. The warranty covers key components and major vehicle systems such as the engine, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and safety equipment. However, normal wear-and-tear items are not covered, including brake pads, tires, wiper blades, the auxiliary (12V) battery, and selected light bulbs. Driving with confidence, knowing your Hyundai is built for quality, durability, and long-term reliability.

2. 8 Years or 160,000 km High Voltage Battery Warranty (whichever comes first)

Enjoy greater peace of mind with an 8-year or 160,000 km warranty (whichever comes first) on the High Voltage Battery, covering manufacturing defects. This ensures long-term battery performance and allows you to drive with confidence on every journey.

3. 5-Year Unlimited Roadside Assistance

Hyundai is ready to support you in every situation with 5 years of roadside assistance, with no limit on distance or number of service calls. The service includes 24-hour technical support, towing to the nearest Hyundai service center or charging station with no distance limit, and lockout assistance. If your keys are accidentally locked inside the vehicle, we will coordinate the delivery of a spare key within a 15 km radius.

4. 3-Year V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) Warranty

A 3-year warranty supports the V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) system, ensuring reliable performance when powering external devices directly from your vehicle’s battery — expanding the possibilities of electric mobility with confidence.

5. Complimentary Portable Charger with 3-Year Warranty

A complimentary portable charger is included to provide added flexibility and confidence in your electric vehicle experience. Supported by a 3-year warranty, it delivers dependable performance for every journey

6. Free maintenance Labor for 10 Years or 150,000 km* (Whichever comes first)

Enjoy worry-free ownership with complimentary scheduled maintenance labor covering the first 10 service intervals, in accordance with the recommended maintenance schedule, for up to 10 years or 150,000 km (whichever comes first), ensuring your vehicle remains in optimal condition while delivering reliable performance throughout your ownership journey.

7. Complimentary Home Charger with Installation and 3-Year Warranty*

Enjoy convenient and efficient home charging with a complimentary 7.4 kW home charger, backed by a 3-year warranty. The program also includes complimentary installation labor for electrical wiring up to 15 meters, along with standard electrical protection equipment as specified. Installation workmanship is covered by a 1-year warranty for the initial installation.
Please note that the charging pedestal is not included. Any installation work beyond the standard scope — such as ceiling, wall, or floor modifications, electrical system upgrades due to insufficient household capacity, or optional accessories (e.g., a pedestal stand) will be charged separately and will be customer’s responsibility.

8. Charge Anywhere Service – 2 Times per Year for 5 Years**

Stay worry-free with Charge Anywhere, an emergency charging service designed to support you when your High Voltage Battery level falls below 20%. The service provides up to 15 kW per session (approximately 10 minutes), available twice per year for 5 consecutive years.
Coverage is available within Bangkok Metropolitan Area, within a 30 km service radius.

9. Pick-up and Delivery Service – 2 Times Within 2 Years**

Save time with complimentary Pick-up and Delivery service for scheduled maintenance, available twice within the first 2 years. This service is available for customers in Bangkok Metropolitan Area, within a 30 km radius of participating Hyundai service centers.
Advance booking of at least 2 working days through your Hyundai service center is required. Service hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Benefit Terms and Conditions

• Benefits under Item 6 (Free maintenance labor for 10 years or 150,000 km, whichever comes first) and Item 7 (Complimentary home charger with a 3-year warranty) are subject to the promotional sale campaign available at the time of purchase. Please check eligibility and full terms with your Hyundai showroom or service center.
• Additional benefits under Item 8 (Charge Anywhere service) and Item 9 (Pick-up & Delivery service) are applicable only for IONIQ customers who purchase and receive their take delivery of their vehicle by 31 August 2025.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

• The vehicle warranty is valid only when the customer complies with the requirements specified in the Owner’s Manual and Maintenance Guide provided by the company. Customers must bring their vehicle for regular periodic maintenance to authorized Hyundai service centers to ensure inspections and servicing are carried out according to Hyundai’s standards.
• For more details regarding coverage, warranty terms, and exclusions, please refer to the Warranty passport provided with the vehicle. This will help ensure customers have complete information and can properly utilize their warranty benefits.
