  • Electronic stability control (ESC)

The Electronic stability control (ESC) ensures the stability of the vehicle. It monitors the vehicle
motion through the onboard sensors, and if there is the possible risk of losing stability, it intervenes
and stabilizes the vehicle by controlling the brakes on each wheel and engine torque.

  • Brake assist system (BAS)

Research has shown that ordinary drivers often are not able to give enough pressure on the
brake pedal when they face a totally unexpected situation. That's where Hyundai Brake force
assist system (BAS) comes into play. As soon as the system recognizes the urgency, it gives
mechanical pressure to the brakes so that the vehicle can stop with a maximum brake force.

  • Lane keeping assist system (LKAS)

Designed primarily to alert drivers who are dozing off at the wheel. Should the vehicle
depart the driving lane without signaling in advance, the Lane keeping assist system
(LKAS) recognizes and responds either by issuing an audible alert warning to the
driver or by actively correcting the steering direction.
