Response to disclosure inquiry regarding a company’s review on investment in GE owned Hyundai Capital and Card share.

2. Response from the company

For the GE owned Hyundai Capital and Card share, GE examined a number of potential buyers including HMC. In this regard, HMC has decided not to participate in the acquisition process. Instead, third party will acquire those shares.
