Hyundai Worldwide Global Navigation
The seasonal Hyundai Motor Environment Camps, attracting families to participate together, are a great way to help students learn about the importance of the natural environment and their family members.
The winter camp, held from February 19, consists of such activities as building birds’ nests, making winter clothes, observing the night sky, and riding snow sleds. The orientation and environment briefing on the first day introduced the dangers of global warming, reminding children of the importance of the natural environment. On second day, children and their family members build birds’ nests in the nearby forest and learn to make winter clothes. The camps are popular, since they provide great programs for children at no cost. A spokesperson for the company said: “The number of applications we receive each season is increasing rapidly as the camps become more well-known. So we are seeking to create more camps and opportunities. By including more children and families in our future camps, we will enhance our role and image as a responsible corporate actor that makes great efforts to help preserve our natural environment.”
