The Center will also provide up to 1.2 million won over the course of the next year for each of the 75 needy elementary-school students it has picked. Another 40 million won will be spent on supporting a mentoring program for 70 children in the district, and other recreational and support programs for the locals. 30 million won will be given to the 100 poor seniors living in the districts to help with their heating expenses. Director Kim of the Hyochang Center said: “We would like to convey our deep gratitude to the Service Department at HMC for continuing to help us and needy residents in our district this year as well.”
