Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture Design comes to life at

Sculpture by the Sea 2011

 

Sculpture by the Sea is delighted to announce that Hyundai Motor Company Australia has become a Major Partner for the 2011 exhibition, which runs from Thursday 3rd November to Sunday 20th November, 2011.

 

As part of the sponsorship, Hyundai is providing a Hyundai i40 Tourer Courtesy Fleet for the duration of the exhibition. The Hyundai i40 Tourer Courtesy Fleet is a free car shuttle service for visitors to Sculpture by the Sea, transporting them between Bondi and Tamarama.

 

The Courtesy Fleet is family friendly with the i40Tourer achieving a maximum 5-star ANCAP safety rating. Baby capsule and booster seats will be available to assist the thousands of parents who visit the exhibition with small children during its 18-day run. The Hyundai i40 Tourer presents a polished and sophisticated interpretation of Hyundai’s “fluidic sculpture” design language.

 

“Hyundai is pleased to be bringing our Fluidic Sculpture Design philosophy to life at Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi 2011,” said Hyundai Motor Company Australia’s Director of Marketing Oliver Mann. “With a focus on safety, quality and design, the i40 Tourer is the perfect vehicle to compliment the exhibition.” 

 

The Hyundai i40 Tourer Courtesy Fleet will run every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm with collection points at the bus stop on Tamarama Marine Drive at Tamarama Beach and the end of Nott’s Avenue at Bondi Beach.

 

Hyundai will also be supplying two Hyundai i40 Courtesy cars to Sculpture by the Sea for the duration of the exhibition for transporting VIPs and international artists around the exhibition.

 

Thanks to Hyundai, Sculpture by the Sea is offering visitors the chance to win a family trip to Sculpture by the Sea, Cottesloe 2012.

 

 The competition will be live on www.news.com.au/sculpture-by-the-sea from 3-20 November. One lucky winner will receive a family holiday for four people to experience Sculpture by the Sea, Cottesloe in Perth, which is running from 1-19 March, 2012. The prize includes 4 x return economy class airfares from a capital city in Australia, 2 nights’ accommodation at The Sebel Residence East Perth, limousine charters to the beach and dinner at Little Creatures Brewery, and a family gift pack including a copy of the Sculpture by the Sea 15th Anniversary book, exhibition catalogues and kid’s guides so they can explore the collection of over 70 artworks displayed on Cottesloe Beach.
