  • Seoul, March 2, 2018 – Hyundai Motor Company, South Korea's largest automaker, today announced its global sales results for February 2018, posting a total of 310,148 units sold.

  • Decrease in total unit sales was mainly due to the timing difference of the Lunar New Year which fell in February this year compared to January in 2017.

  • Sales in overseas market totaled 259,948 units, representing a decrease of 8.6 percent year-over-year.

  • Sales in Korean market decreased by 5.5 percent compared to the previous year, recording 50,200 units sold.
