Currently, the only way to access the Bluelink Store is via the myHyundai app which can be downloaded here:
Apple Store
You will need to have installed the myHyundai app, created an account and added a vehicle to access the store.
Once this is done, you will find the Bluelink Store under Store in the myHyundai app.
Once you have added your vehicle to your myHyundai app, please proceed to enter the Bluelink Store.
Selecting a specific product, you will be shown whether this is compatible with your vehicle.
You can currently choose from our PLUS and PRO subscription packages in the Bluelink Store.
Since August 2025 we are offering a variety of Digital Features & Services in the Bluelink Store. Our first launch vehicle with Digital Features & Services, such as Virtual Gear Shift, Lighting Patterns and Display Themes is the IONIQ 9, followed by more vehicle lines.
To cancel your Bluelink subscription, enter the Bluelink Store, select the top right menu and navigate to ‘My Page’,
From there you will be able to view the details of your orders – such as PRO or PLUS subscriptions.
You are then able to cancel your subscription by following the prompts.
Bluelink PRO and PLUS subscriptions are immediately activated. If you have a complimentary period of Bluelink PRO, your purchased product is activated once the complimentary period expires.
To activate Digital Features of Services, such as those available for the all-new IONIQ 9, you need to follow the installation guide in the app, having purchased the product in the store.
This is usually a two-step process involving the installation of a certificate and restarting your vehicle to enable the product.
This can be done in two ways.
The first time you purchase a product in the Bluelink Store, you will be prompted for your credit or debit card details during the purchasing process.
You can also add your payment details inside the myHyundai app by navigating to the ‘My’ tab on the bottom menu bar and ‘Wallet’ and adding your details under ‘In-Car Payment’.
