84 kWh lithium-ion battery

Equipped with the same long range 84 kWh battery as the multi-award winning IONIQ 5, STARIA Cargo can deliver an all-electric driving range of up to 450 km. The lithium-ion battery pack is mounted underneath the floor of the car for a low centre of gravity, improving stability and body roll in corners.1

Less stress on the highway. You can count on power to comfortably enter and exit the highway when fully loaded. STARIA Cargo lets you easily accelerate to cruising speed and go with the flow – or more, thanks to a top-speed of 184 kmh. Optimised front and rear suspension tuning enhance driving stability and ride quality, ensuring confident handling under varying load conditions.

High-powered electric motor

Plenty of torque and towing capacity to get the job done right

The electric motor delivers 160 kW (218 PS) for smooth, quiet and confident performance powered by 350 Nm max. torque and a braked towing capacity of 2000 kg. The electric drivetrain contributes to a calm and refined driving experience, with very low noise and vibration levels inside the cabin.

Excellent cold weather battery performance

Hyundai’s battery warming technology keeps STARIA Cargo performing in the dead of winter. STARIA Cargo utilises a battery heater-type warming technology that allows it to charge with ease in extreme cold temperatures – amidst the cold-weather battery discharge crisis that has plagued other automotive brands.
