    • As of august 2024, Hyundai will implement a new tariff on Hyundai EV Charging Station.

    • To follow the regulations, Hyundai EV Charging Station will only be eligiable for Hyundai EV users for some period time.

    • Gradually, Hyundai will open access to other CPO Partner EV Charging Station for Hyundau EV users.

How to start charging on Hyundai EV charging network?

There are 2 methods,
1. Scan via myHyundai app.
2. Tap Hyundai EV charging card.



What is Hyundai EV charging card?

RFID card that can be obtained by new Hyundai EV buyer (from August 2024), and can be used as access to charge at Hyundai EV charging network based on the user's myHyundai data.

How it works,
1. You must activate the EV charging card via myHyundai app (scan on EV charger menu).
2. The card will then mirror the payment method data from your myHyundai app.
3. After it activated, to initiate charging session you can tap on the Hyundai affiliated EV charger that has RFID access.



What is Hyundai EV charging network?

Hyundai-affiliated EV charging stations can be:
1. Hyundai EV charging station; owned and managed by Hyundai in collaboration with location partners
2. CPO partner EV charging station; in roaming cooperation with Hyundai managed by CPO partners (such as Daya Green, Casion, Voltron, etc.).



What payment methods are available for making transactions at Hyundai EV charging network?

1. EV Token that can be topped up with your payment preferences.
2. Quota from EV charging subscription program.



My Hyundai EV unit does not have an EV charging card, how can I get one?

If you are a new Hyundai EV buyer, please ask your sales or contact the Hyundai call center.

Or you can buy it at the nearest Hyundai authorized dealer from your location.



I lost my EV charging card what should I do?

1. Deactivate the card via myHyundai app.
2. For replacement, you can purchase it at the nearest Hyundai authorized dealer from your location.



Can non Hyundai EV users charge at Hyundai EV charging network?

As per the provisions of the Ministry of ESDM (DJK), Hyundai is currently not allowed to provide services for non Hyundai EV users.

Applied price components:
1. Electricity fee.
2. Service fee.
3. CPO partner's other fees (only when roaming connection).

Hyundai and CPO partner have separate TnC regarding pricing components and operational processes.



What payment methods are available to top up EV Token?

Hyundai in collaboration with Xendit as a payment aggregator provides several payment options, namely
1. Virtual account.
2. E-wallet.
3. Credit card.
4. Debit card.

Why is it necessary to validate the VIN?

Hyundai EV users must perform VIN validation to:
1. EV Charging at Hyundai EV charging network.
2. Claim the free package (50 kWh per month for 1 year).
3. Join the EV charging subscription program.



What is EV charging subscription program?

Monthly subscription package available for certain user group to obtain benefits related to EV charging, such as:
1. Home charging benefit that applicable under Hyundai EV sales program.
2. Public charging quota that can be used at Hyundai EV charging network.
3. Mobile charging quota that can be used in case of emergency to reach the nearest EV charging station.
