Trade-in

Terms & Condition for Trade-in Application:

1. Trade-In Eligibility
   
   1. The vehicle to be included in the trade-in program must be in proper condition and available for thorough inspection.
   
   2. The vehicle must be legally owned by the customer and must not be stolen or illegal property.
   
   3. The customer is required to provide the following documents:
   
   
   
   • Copy of Vehicle Ownership Certificate (BPKB)
   
   
   • Copy of Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK)
   
   
   • Copy of Tax Notice
   
   
   • Copy of Vehicle Invoice
   
   
   • Copy of ID Card (KTP)
   
   
   
   Important Note: If the above documents and requirements cannot be fulfilled by the customer, the trade-in process cannot proceed.
   


2. Item Appraisal
   
   The trade-in price appraisal will be carried out by a party appointed by HMID, and the result will be based on the physical condition and functionality of the vehicle.
   
   Hyundai Motors Indonesia will provide additional benefits for customers who purchase a new vehicle through the trade-in program, with the following details:
   
   
   
   • Customers purchasing a Non-EV vehicle will receive a benefit of IDR 5,000,000.
   
   
   • Customers purchasing an EV vehicle will receive a benefit of IDR 10,000,000.
   
   
   • Customers whose old vehicle has been affected by flooding will receive a benefit of IDR 20,000,000.
   
   
   
   


3. Trade-In Process
   
   The customer must prepare the vehicle to be traded in at the agreed location (Dealer or Customer’s Home).
   
   Once the appraisal process is complete, the customer has the right to accept or reject the trade-in offer provided.
   
   If the trade-in offer is accepted, the customer must hand over the vehicle along with the required supporting documents.
   


4. Trade-In Payment
   
   The trade-in value will be applied as a discount for the purchase of a new vehicle or adjusted according to the agreed terms.
   
   Information regarding the payment method of the trade-in value, whether in cash or credit, will be provided to the customer before the trade-in process is finalized.
   


5. Trade-In Rejection
   
   Hyundai Motors Indonesia reserves the right to reject the trade-in process if the vehicle does not meet the established criteria or if there are indications of misuse.
