Syarat dan Ketentuan

  1. Warranty:
     
     
     
     • 48 months/100,000 km warranty applies to all car types except IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 models.
     
     
     • 36 months/100,000 km warranty specifically for IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 models.
     
     
     • Battery warranty: 24 months/40,000 km (original components, charging/replacement).
     
     
     • Audio warranty: 24 months/40,000 km.
     
     
     • High Voltage EV Battery for Electric & Hybrid Vehicles covered for 8 years or 160.000 km (whichever comes first).
     
     
     
     
  
  
  2. Vehicle owners are required to perform regular maintenance according to the service book guide at Hyundai Authorized Workshops or Hyundai Mobile Service during the Warranty period.
  
  
  3. The car must be used for normal usage, not for racing, off-road, overloading, etc.
  
  
  4. No modifications affecting performance, safety, or durability of the vehicle are allowed.
  
  
  5. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, misuse, or maintenance not in accordance with Hyundai's provisions.
  
  
  6. Does not include parts that wear out due to usage.
  
  
  7. Applies to retail as of September 1, 2025 or refers to the Warranty and Maintenance Information Book.
  
  
  8. Other matters listed in the Warranty and Maintenance Information Book.
  
  

Location

• You can visit any Authorized Hyundai Service Center across Indonesia to receive warranty services.

  1. The standard warranty period has not yet expired and/or has not been voided.
     
  
  
  2. The vehicle condition is still in accordance with factory standards and/or has not been modified.
     
  
  
  3. The vehicle always uses genuine Hyundai spare parts.
     
  
  
  4. Periodic Maintenance is routinely carried out at an Authorized Hyundai Workshop.
     
  
  
  5. The vehicle has never been registered in a similar Extended Warranty program before.
     
  
  
  6. Other matters listed in the Extended Warranty Program Terms and Conditions Form.
