Vehicle Warranty

Hyundai vehicle warranty applies in the event of material defects or manufacturing faults, and does not cover user errors or consumable materials that wear out over a certain period as stated in the service booklet.

Syarat dan Ketentuan


    1. Warranty:

      • 48 months/100,000 km warranty applies to all car types except IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 models.

      • 36 months/100,000 km warranty specifically for IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 models.

      • Battery warranty: 24 months/40,000 km (original components, charging/replacement).

      • Audio warranty: 24 months/40,000 km.



    2. Vehicle owners are required to perform regular maintenance according to the service book guide at Hyundai Authorized Workshops or Hyundai Mobile Service during the Warranty period.

    3. The car must be used for normal usage, not for racing, off-road, overloading, etc.

    4. No modifications affecting performance, safety, or durability of the vehicle are allowed.

    5. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, misuse, or maintenance not in accordance with Hyundai's provisions.

    6. Does not include parts that wear out due to usage.

    7. Applies to retail as of September 1, 2025 or refers to the Warranty and Maintenance Information Book.

    8. Other matters listed in the Warranty and Maintenance Information Book.

Benefit Coverage


  1. 1-Year/15,000 KM Warranty Extension*

    The warranty extension covers repair and/or replacement of damaged genuine Hyundai parts, as well as repair costs due to assembly errors and/or manufacturing defects (quality defects), as stated in the “Warranty and Maintenance Information Booklet”.


  2. 1-Year/15,000 KM Roadside Assistance Extension*

    The Roadside Assistance extension includes towing service, spare tire replacement, battery jump-start, free 5 liters of fuel for vehicles that run out of gas, and assistance for locked-in keys. For full details, please refer to Roadside Assistance.


  3. One-Time Periodic Maintenance

    Includes free service labor and parts for periodic maintenance in the 5th year or at 75,000 kilometers*, with the following maintenance items:

  • Terms & Conditions of Purchase:



    1. The customer’s vehicle standard warranty period has not yet expired and/or has not been voided.

    2. The vehicle remains in its original factory condition and has not been modified.

    3. The customer’s vehicle has consistently used genuine Hyundai parts.

    4. Periodic maintenance has been regularly performed at an authorized Hyundai workshop.

    5. The customer’s vehicle has not previously been registered under a similar Extended Warranty program.
