Resale Value Guarantee

Terms & Condition Resale Value Guarantee:

1. This program provides a guaranteed resale value of 70% of the purchase price (referring to the purchase price as stated on the original receipt), if the Customer trades in their old car for any Hyundai model in the 3rd year of ownership (counted from month 25 to month 36 after the vehicle delivery date).


2. Valid for Stargazer (X), Stargazer Cartenx (X), and Creta models.


3. Not valid for purchases with Demo Car and Courtesy Car status, but valid for purchases under the Fleet scheme as long as the applicable terms and conditions are met.


4. Customer must attach the following documents and requirements:




• Copy of BPKB (Vehicle Ownership Document)


• Copy of STNK (Vehicle Registration Certificate)


• Copy of KTP (Identity Card)


• Copy of Vehicle Invoice


• Copy of Invoice / Vehicle Purchase Receipt (with details of any subsidies/discounts given)


• Copy of Service Book and Manual Book


• Blank receipt in 3 copies


• Detailed Settlement Letter (if purchased on credit and not yet fully paid)


• Statement Letter and Power of Attorney agreeing to submit a claim according to the applicable terms & conditions


• Spare key, wheel wrench, and car jack




5. Important note: If the documents and requirements mentioned above cannot be fulfilled by the Customer, the RVG process cannot proceed.


6. The validity period of the STNK must be at least 3 months before expiration, calculated from the date of vehicle inspection. Important note: Customer must be willing to assist with the STNK extension and not block the old vehicle's STNK until the process of receiving the new vehicle is complete, and is not allowed to swap license plates.


7. Valid only for Customers with the same identity as stated on the STNK at the time of vehicle purchase.


8. The name listed on the STNK must not be involved in any legal case, and the vehicle must not be confiscated for any legal process.


9. Transactions for vehicles that have passed Resale Value Guarantee validation must be conducted through HSM or a designated used car showroom appointed by HSM.


10. The physical condition requirements of the vehicle are as follows:




• The vehicle is a maximum of 3 years old or has a maximum mileage of 60,000 km (whichever comes first).


• The vehicle has never been sold or transferred to another party.


• The vehicle's maintenance history is regularly performed at an official Hyundai workshop according to the service book, and uses Hyundai genuine parts.


• The vehicle has never been involved in an accident that caused damage to the body, chassis, or engine.


• The vehicle has not been modified or used non-original Hyundai spare parts.


• The vehicle has not been damaged due to the installation of accessories or additional equipment not specified by the manufacturer.


• The vehicle has never been used for competitions or races of any kind that caused technical changes and function from the manufacturer's specifications.


• The vehicle has never been damaged due to natural disasters, such as floods, fires, earthquakes, etc.


• The vehicle is in good condition, as proven by inspection, with the following details:




• Exterior: The vehicle body is not dented and/or scratched, all lights and glass are intact, not broken or cracked.


• Interior: In standard condition, no tears, scratches, or stubborn stains that cannot be cleaned.


• Battery & Tires: In usable condition.






11. Customer must be willing to comply with and follow all terms, conditions, and claim processes set in the Resale Value Guarantee program.
