Tire Protection Program

Mechanism:

1. Applies to retail sales of Hyundai IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, STARGAZER, STARGAZER X, or CRETA.
2. This guarantee is valid for 1 year after the vehicle handover date to the customer.
3. This guarantee applies if the tire damage is in the form of a tear or burst due to a traffic accident, making it unusable and requiring the customer to replace it with a new tire of the same size and type.
4. The customer is entitled to claim a reimbursement for the purchase cost of a new tire as follows:
• Damage that occurs within 0-180 days after the unit handover date is entitled to a reimbursement of 100% of the cost of a new tire or a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000 per tire (whichever is smaller).
• Damage that occurs within 181-365 days after the unit handover date is entitled to a reimbursement of 80% of the cost of a new tire or a maximum of Rp. 800,000 per tire (whichever is smaller).
5. Each customer can only replace a maximum of 4 tires in 1 year of this program guarantee.
6. Customers can purchase new tires at any tire shop as long as the tires used are the same size and type as the standard tires from the manufacturer.
7. How to report a claim for this program:
• The customer must report to the Hyundai Call Center within a maximum of 7 (seven) days after the accident.
• The customer must attach a traffic accident report from the local police station and attach a photo of the tire damage.
• The customer must attach an invoice for the purchase of a new tire.
8. The following are the things that can void the warranty on this program:
• The vehicle has been sold to another party.
• Using tires and rims that are not standard from the manufacturer.
• Vehicles used for rental purposes (except for sales in the province of Bali).
• Accidents caused by acts of driving or riding that violate the rules.
• Tire damage due to worn, bulging, racing or off-road tires.
9. Hyundai Motor Indonesia reserves the right to reject claims for this tire warranty program if they do not comply with the applicable provision.
