SEOUL/TOKYO, March 17, 2026 – Hyundai Motor Group today introduced the Group’s dedicated hydrogen brand and business platform, HTWO, at the H2&FC EXPO. At the exhibition, the Group showcases its vision for a hydrogen-powered future through a comprehensive display of technologies spanning the entire hydrogen value chain.
The Japan-spec all-new NEXO, Hyundai Motor Company’s flagship fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV), is also on display at the event.
What is HTWO?
HTWO is Hyundai Motor Group’s hydrogen brand and business platform to deliver end-to-end solutions across the entire hydrogen value chain. The brand integrates the Group’s extensive capabilities, serving as an open platform for collaboration, partnership and investment. HTWO’s introduction in Japan at the H2&FC EXPO underscores the Group’s commitment to advancing the global transition toward a sustainable hydrogen society.
What is the Group Presenting at the H2&FC EXPO?
From March 17–19, visitors can experience the Group’s hydrogen leadership at its booth at Tokyo Big Sight (West Exhibition Hall, W17-31).

Japan-spec All-New NEXO Display
The all-new NEXO, fully redesigned for the first time in seven years since its debut in 2018, represents Hyundai Motor Company’s leadership in hydrogen mobility and zero-emission transportation. NEXO combines a robust, future-oriented design with best-in-class safety and convenience features for both urban and outdoor lifestyles.
New for the Japan spec model is Vehicle to Home (V2H) capability, enabling the vehicle to provide a stable power supply to a home during emergencies such as earthquakes or power outages — a feature tailored to the needs of the Japanese market. This complements the existing Vehicle to Load (V2L) function.
Key specifications and pricing for the Japan-spec all-new NEXO will be announced in the first half of the year.
What is the H2&FC EXPO?
H2&FC EXPO is one of Japan’s leading exhibitions for hydrogen and fuel cell technologies. Held twice a year as part of Smart Energy Week , the event brings together industry experts and global companies. The spring edition, taking place from March 17–19 at Tokyo Big Sight, is expected to host approximately 300 companies and feature 21 conference sessions.
