Service Contents
  • Providing periodic maintenance services and vehicle servicing at the time and place according to Hyundai customer requests. This service includes servicing the vehicles as customers perform regular maintenance and servicing directly at an authorized Hyundai repair shop.

Operational Hours
  • Monday - Saturday (according to dealer operating hours)

Customer
  • All Hyundai customers (regardless of model and year of production).

Service Visit Fee
  • Vehicle under warranty period
    - Free visit within a 20 km radius from the dealer.
    Vehicles out of warranty period
    - Visiting fee IDR 50,000 for every 5 km from the dealer.

Payment Method
  • Cash (fund transfer), credit card, and debit card

Service Coverage
  • 17 sections (battery, belts, brakes, clutch & transmission, doors & windows, engine, exhaust, filters, fluids & lubes and other important sections).

Reservation Process

1. Reservation
  • Customer makes a reservation through Call Center for referral and scheduling with the nearest dealer.

2. Service
  • Dealer confirms the customer service request. Afterwards, technician will perform service at the scheduled place and time.

3. Completion
  • Once service is done, customer can pay thru the following method:

    - Debit / Credit Card

    - Bank Transfer
