Customer Protection Program

Mechanism:

1. Applies to the retail sales of Hyundai IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, STARGAZER, STARGAZER X, or CRETA.
2. This warranty is valid for 1 year after the vehicle delivery date.
3. The maximum amount that can be claimed for this program warranty is the sum of medical expenses as per the invoice issued by the hospital, or a maximum of Rp. 100,000,000 with the number of insured persons:
• Hyundai STARGAZER 7-Seat: Maximum of 7 insured persons.
• Hyundai STARGAZER 6-Seat: Maximum of 6 insured persons.
• Hyundai CRETA: Maximum of 5 insured persons.
4. This warranty can only be claimed once for each insured unit.
5. Customers are required to report to the Hyundai Call Center within a maximum of 30 days after the accident.
6. Types of medical actions covered by this program include:
• Inpatient treatment costs (excluding food).
• Doctor's examination fees, X-Ray examinations, or surgeries at the hospital.
• Ambulance costs from the accident location to the hospital or inter-hospital ambulance if the patient needs specialized treatment at another hospital upon doctor's recommendation.
7. The document requirements for claiming this warranty are:
• Traffic Accident Certificate from the local Police.
• Original invoice from the hospital handling the driver and passengers.
• Diagnosis by the hospital doctor handling the driver and passengers.
8. Factors that may invalidate the warranty under this program include:
• The vehicle has been sold to another party.
• Use of non-standard tires and rims from the manufacturer.
• Vehicles used for rental purposes (except sales in Bali province).
9. Hyundai Motor Indonesia reserves the right to reject claims for this tire warranty program if they do not comply with the stipulated provisions.
