New Car Replacement Guarantee

Guarantee of replacement of a new car with the same model, type, and color if the IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, STARGAZER, STARGAZER X, or CRETA experiences a traffic accident that results in damage with a total cost of at least 65% of the vehicle price.

Mechanism:

1. Applies to retail sales of Hyundai IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, STARGAZER, STARGAZER X, or CRETA.
2. This warranty is valid for 1 year after the vehicle handover date.
3. This warranty applies if the customer's Hyundai STARGAZER, STARGAZER X, or CRETA is involved in a traffic accident that results in damage with a total repair cost of at least 50% of the vehicle's price.
4. Hyundai Motor Indonesia will withdraw the car and replace the damaged vehicle with a unit of the same type and color.
5. If the customer has personal vehicle insurance and chooses to claim (Total Loss) using personal vehicle insurance, then the customer is entitled to an allowance of Rp. 25,000,000 for STARGAZER/STARGAZER X or Rp. 30,000,000 for CRETA from Hyundai Motor Indonesia for each approved claim.
6. If the customer who meets the requirements for this warranty claim is still under contract with a financing company (leasing), the customer will still be obliged to pay the car installments according to the contract, and the Dealer is obliged to assist in processing the application for a fiduciary replacement guarantee in the form of a BPKB for the old unit with a new unit at the related leasing partner.
7. If there are costs incurred in activities related to the claim process of the New Car Replacement Guarantee program such as Towing and the like, then the Customer is entitled to a maximum replacement of Rp. 2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand rupiah) per vehicle by submitting documentation and cost details.
8. The warranty claim submission process can be done by:
• The customer must report to the Hyundai Call Center within a maximum of 7 (seven) days after the accident.
• The customer must attach a traffic accident report from the police station.
9. The customer will not be charged for the replacement of this new unit, except for the costs incurred for:
• BPKB warranty replacement admin fee from leasing.
• Temporary license plate (STCK) fee at customer's request.
• Special police number plate fee at customer's request.
10. The vehicle conditions that must be met in this program claim are:
• Never been sold to another party.
• Vehicles used for rental purposes (except for sales in the province of Bali).
• Using genuine Hyundai spareparts.

• The Hyundai SmartDeal program is available at all authorized Hyundai dealers with financing schemes provided by Hyundai Finance.

3. How do I claim the "70% Resale Value Guarantee"?
• The "70% Resale Value Guarantee" can be claimed after the vehicle is paid off in 3 years and the CRETA and STARGAZER are traded in for another Hyundai product. The benefit of the "70% Resale Value Guarantee" can be used to continue the purchase process of the next Hyundai product.

4. What Hyundai products are eligible for the Hyundai SmartDeal program?
• Currently, the Hyundai SmartDeal program is only available for the Hyundai CRETA and STARGAZER.

6. Does the Hyundai SmartDeal program have a longer tenor option?
• Currently, the Hyundai SmartDeal program is only available for a tenor of 3 years. However, if you plan to purchase CRETA and STARGAZER with a longer tenor, Hyundai Finance can provide other programs such as fix rate interest, light down payment or balloon payment scheme for 4 or 5 years.
