One of the features under Hyundai SmartSense is Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA)**, designed to warn the driver when the system detects a collision risk from the front, such as when a pedestrian crosses or another vehicle suddenly slows down or stops. If the collision risk continues to increase after the warning is given, the system will automatically perform emergency braking to help prevent a collision.

Meanwhile, when reversing, the Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) feature is ready to provide a warning and automatically perform emergency braking if it detects another vehicle approaching from behind. This convenience is complemented by Rear View Monitor (RVM)**, which monitors the area behind the vehicle via camera, allowing reversing and parking to be done with complete peace of mind.
Finally, to help ensure the driver stays in peak condition, there is the Driver Attention Warning (DAW)*** feature. This feature can detect signs indicating that the driver is becoming fatigued or losing focus, such as when the vehicle repeatedly drifts out of its lane. When this condition is detected, the vehicle will display a warning light reading "Consider Taking A Break" to remind the driver to rest, complete with a stopwatch showing how long it has been since the driver's last break, helping to protect the safety of the whole family on the road.
