Hyundai Premium Courtesy Car

Terms and Conditions:

1. Valid nationwide for Hyundai vehicle owners with models marketed by PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia, regardless of production year or mileage.



2. Valid at all Hyundai official workshops and Hyundai Authorized Body & Paint centers; not applicable at Hyundai Appointed Body & Paint locations.



3. Applicable if the estimated repair time for the customer's vehicle meets the following criteria:
   
   
   
   1. General Repair: The vehicle undergoes a repair process with a duration exceeding 1 day (1 × 24 hours).
   
   
   2. Body & Paint Repair: The vehicle undergoes a repair process with a duration exceeding 14 days (14 × 24 hours).
   
   


4. Courtesy Car models provided include Hyundai STARGAZER, CRETA, IONIQ 5, or other units based on availability.



5. Provision of a Courtesy Car is subject to unit availability at the Dealer.



6. Obligations of the customer as the borrower of the Courtesy Car:
   
   
   
   1. Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A).
   
   
   2. Provide a power of attorney if the Courtesy Car is collected by someone other than the owner registered on the vehicle registration certificate (STNK).
   
   
   3. Bear all costs related to the use of the Courtesy Car, such as fuel, electric vehicle charging (for EVs), tolls, parking, and other related expenses.
   
   
   4. Pay the Own Risk (OR) fee in the event of an accident and cover any remaining repair costs not covered by insurance (if applicable).
   
   
   5. Return the Courtesy Car to the Dealer where the vehicle was handed over on the same day the customer's vehicle repair is declared complete by the Dealer and/or after receiving notification from the Dealer. A late return penalty of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) per day will apply.
   
   
   6. Agree to and comply with the applicable Courtesy Car service terms & conditions.
