How to start charging on Hyundai EV charging network?
1. Sign up as myHyundai app user.
2. Enter VIN of Hyundai EV or select an EV model from another brand.
3. Once VIN or EV model verification completed, you can start charging by topping up EV Token, claiming or purchasing an EV charging subscription package.
4. After that, user will be able to start a charging session through the myHyundai app or by tapping their EV charging card (for Hyundai EV users only).


What is EV token?
Digital voucher managed by Hyundai (HSM) and has a validity period of 5 years from the date of topping up the EV token. You can purchase it using various payment methods, such as virtual accounts, debit or credit cards, on the myHyundai app.


What is EV charging subscription package?
Monthly subscription package available for certain user group to obtain benefits related to EV charging; such as public charging quota and emergency mobile charging quota.


What is EV charging card?
RFID card that can be obtained by new Hyundai EV buyer (from August 2024), and can be used as access to charge at Hyundai EV charging network based on the user's myHyundai data.


What should I do if I don't have EV charging card?
If you are a new Hyundai EV buyer, please ask your sales or contact the Hyundai call center. Or you can buy it at the nearest Hyundai authorized dealer from your location.


What should I do if I loss my EV charging card?
1. Deactivate the card via myHyundai app.
2. For replacement, you can purchase it at the nearest Hyundai authorized dealer from your location.

What is the price component of each EV charging session?
1. Electricity fee (max Rp 2.467/kWh as per regulation).
2. Idle parking fee (depends on location).
3. Service fee (depends on location).
4. CPO partner's other fees (only when roaming connection).

Notes : Hyundai and CPO partner have separate TnC regarding pricing components and operational processes.

What is EV charging subscription program?
Monthly subscription package available for certain user group to obtain benefits related to EV Charging, such as:
1. Public charging quota that can be used at Hyundai EV charging network.
2. Emergency mobile charging quota that can be used in case of emergency to reach the nearest EV charging station.

EV charging subscription program consist of :
1. Free package under Hyundai EV sales program.
2. Paid package with subscription fee.

What is free package of subscription program?
1. Part of program that available for new Hyundai EV buyers who purchase certain models with the attached sales program.
2. This package is non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for benefits that have been partially used or not used at all after the package period ends. It also has a time limit for the claim period and a time limit for implementation.


What is paid package of subscription program?
1. Part of program that available for myHyundai-EV app users that may have different promotional prices and benefit types depending on the user group. It can be purchased by user through myHyundai app.
2. This package is non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for benefits that have been partially used or not used at all after the package period ends.
3. User need to pay subscription fee in form of recurring payment through myHyundai app.
