    If an accident occurs and the airbag deploys, an Auto Collision Notification (ACN) signal will automatically be sent to the Hyundai Call Center. The operator will immediately contact you through the microphone and speaker inside the car to check your condition and dispatch the necessary emergency assistance to your location.

    Road Side Assistance

    When your car encounters a problem during a trip, you can request assistance by pressing the Bluelink button located on the Overhead Console. The Hyundai Call Center will inform you of the nearest authorized Hyundai service center or dispatch a tow truck service to your location.

  • SOS/Emergency Assistance

    SOS/Emergency Assistance

    In an emergency, you can press the SOS button located on the Overhead Console inside your car. The Hyundai Call Center will contact you and dispatch the necessary assistance to your location.
