The Climate Adaptation Exhibition brings to life the transformative outcomes of Hyundai's Go Green Hackathon 2026 - the fifth edition of our flagship youth-led innovation initiative. Over a three-month intensive collaboration, 91 secondary and tertiary students from 9 schools united
to co-develop innovative, future-focused solutions addressing some of the most pressing climate adaptation challenges facing
our communities today.

Guided by mentors from Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS), Hyundai CRADLE Singapore, and the
National University of Singapore (NUS), these young innovators tackled two critical challenge tracks:

  • Cooler Communities
    Reimagining multi-purpose community spaces that meet diverse community needs while functioning as community-based heat adaptation measures.
  • Smart Mobility Safe Zone
    Creating smart car-based solutions that transform vehicles into mobile safe spaces during climate hazards such as extreme heat, flooding, and air quality emergencies.

The exhibition showcases eight breakthrough student concepts that demonstrate how youth-led innovation, combined with institutional support and technological advancement, can create tangible, scalable solutions to climate resilience. By empowering the next generation to co-design solutions, we seek to raise stronger climate awareness among youths and develop young talent to be equipped to advance sustainable innovation beyond Singapore.
