Change of mind.
If you've had a change of heart about a product you purchased, you can request a return, and we may offer you a refund (subject to our approval) if the following conditions are met:
a) Your refund request is submitted within 14 days from the purchase date of the product;
b) You can provide satisfactory proof of purchase; we accept the following as proof of the purchase: online tax invoice or credit card statement
c) The product is in a saleable condition, meaning it is unworn/unused, with all original sealed packaging or tags intact. Additionally, all original accessories, manuals, and documentation should be included, and the product seal should be unbroken and untampered.
We understand that flexibility is essential for your shopping experience. However, we closely monitor return rates and values to ensure security and prevent fraud or abuse. In cases where return frequency and value are unusually high, we reserve the right to decline your return request, restrict access to your account, and/or prevent future orders.

Please note that unless stated otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and those items cannot be returned/sent to Hyundai dealerships.
All return approvals are subject to a final inspection of the product by us to ensure compliance with this policy.
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using your original payment method and issue it to the original purchaser. We will do our best to process the refund promptly after approval (typically within 10-14 working days from the product's receipt).
Delivery Fee for Return.
At Hyundai Australia, we aim to strike a balance between facilitating hassle-free returns and safeguarding the integrity of our services. Therefore, we do not charge restocking fee.
We will not refund any freight fees payable to have the product returned.
