Our commitment.
We are committed to our customers and providing a great ownership experience. Our 5 year Unlimited Kilometre Warranty^ provides you with benefits that are in addition to the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law gives you certain guarantees and sets out the remedies you can obtain if there is a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, modified or restricted.
Australian Consumer
The Australian Consumer Law remedy that you will receive will depend on whether the failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is a ‘minor’ or ‘major’ failure. If the failure is a ‘minor’ failure, the Hyundai dealer can elect to repair, replace or refund you, whichever is most appropriate in the Hyundai dealers view. If the failure is a ’major’ failure, you may elect to have a refund or replacement.
Know your rights.
Practically, what amounts to a major failure is complex. It is important to note that not every instance of a failure will be considered a major failure to comply with a consumer guarantee. The Hyundai dealer will work with you to find out all the relevant information that will allow the Hyundai dealer to provide the remedy to which you are entitled. ~5 Year Warranty.
If the vehicle has been used for private and domestic purposes and is not and has not been previously used for a commercial application, including but not limited to taxi, hire, rental, courier, security, driving school, tour, bus operator or emergency vehicle. Vehicles used at any time for “commercial application”, as defined in the vehicle warranty policy, are excluded. Passenger vehicles that are or have been used for a commercial application are provided with a 5 year/130,000km warranty (whichever occurs first). A People Mover Van that is used or has been used for a commercial application is provided with a 5 year/160,000km warranty (whichever occurs first). A Commercial Van is provided with a 5 year/160,000km warranty (whichever occurs first) regardless of its usage. Commercial application does not include Hyundai Genesis vehicles used for hire/limousine purposes. Terms and conditions apply, view the Warranty Terms and Conditions.

^Genuine Accessories Warranty.
All Hyundai Genuine accessories are subject to 5 years warranty if purchased at the time of a new Hyundai and fitted by an authorised Hyundai Dealer. For full warranty terms and usage recommendations view the Warranty Terms and Conditions.

*Blue-Drive Warranty.
Battery warranty covers the High Voltage battery only.

All new Hyundai Blue-drive vehicles are backed by a 8-year or 160,000km High Voltage battery warranty. For full terms and conditions of the warranty, visit Warranty Terms and Conditions.

*New direct to dealer Hyundai vehicles excluding rental and company cars.

Bluelink™ is a registered trademark of Hyundai Motor Company. 

Requires Bluelink™ to be activated, compatible device & app installation, third party info, mobile data, network reception and GPS signal to operate. Mobile usage at user’s cost. Not available in areas not covered by the Optus 4G/3G network in Australia or if services are disabled or terminated. Features and app are subject to change.

Compatible device.

Complimentary Period.
Ends 5 years from date of first registration. Fees and charges may apply after expiry of the complimentary period.

Feature support.
Feature support varies by vehicle model and variant.

Stolen vehicle/immobilisation.
Driver-assist feature only. Vehicle must have a working electrical system, including adequate battery power and mobile network coverage to operate. Owner required to obtain Police report. Vehicle location information, if available, only provided to Police. Vehicle recovery not guaranteed. Hyundai cannot guarantee responses from emergency providers. Not available if Bluelink™ services are disabled or terminated.
