NSW EV Track Sessions
In coordination with the Australian Racing Drivers’ Club (ARDC) and Nightshift, get set for a full evening of on-track action exploring the thrilling performance of your N with fellow Nthusiasts and other performance vehicle owners. Experience the twists and turns of Sydney Motorsport Park under lights.
N Australia and ARDC are offering limited complimentary Nightshift track spots exclusive to IONIQ 6 N and IONIQ 5 N owners. To be eligible, you must be an existing ARDC Member or register for ARDC Membership. With a more social atmosphere, a casual dinner provided, and even more track time, it’s sure to be a great evening out.

EV Track Session
Sessions.
- Thursday 23 July 17:00-22:30
- 17:00 gates open with sign-on registration from 17:30
- 18:00 mandatory driver briefing - please ensure to arrive in time
Track Day
Drivers will be placed in a mixed experience Road Car group.
Track Day Second Driver
Two drivers can experience the Nightshift Track Sessions at Sydney Motorsport Park using the same N vehicle with the second driver registration.
The complimentary second driver option allows for two drivers to share the same car on the same day within the dedicated track sessions (second driver must also hold an ARDC Membership).
ARDC Membership
N Owners will be required to purchase an ARDC Membership to take part in the Nightshift Track Sessions.

Event requirements.
Driver Licence and Minimum Ages
- Track Licence not required
- Drivers must hold a valid Full Driver Licence or Provisional Driver Licence
- Learner’s Permit will not be permitted
- Drivers on track - 17 years
- All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian & provide proof of identity e.g. Medicare Card
Passengers
- ARDC and venue policy - due to insurance and permit requirements passengers are not permitted
Vehicle
- Use your own IONIQ 6 N or IONIQ 5 N
- Your vehicle must be in good working order, with all safety systems operational, including a functioning taillight and brake light
EV Charging
- Hyundai N Australia will be offering complimentary EV charging for registered IONIQ 6 N and IONIQ 5 N owners
Clothing
- It is a requirement for all Track Day drivers and passengers to wear an ADR approved helmet, closed in shoes, socks, long pants and long sleeve shirt.
- Currently helmet hire is unavailable
