Get set for a full day of on-track action exploring the thrilling performance of your N. Experience the twists and turns of Symmons Plains Raceway along with expert driver trainer tuition.
Our expert N Techs will also be on hand to provide technical support; plus help you better understand the myriad of settings available in the N Grin Control system to optimise your N to suit your driving style and the circuit.
Also, our team of N Ambassadors will be on hand to provide passenger rides. These world-class pilots include two-time TCR Australia Champion Josh Buchan, rally ace Brendan Reeves, and former Hyundai World Rally Championship works driver Chris Atkinson.

Sessions.
- Track Day - Sunday 16 August 08:00-17:00
- Cruis'N Laps - Sunday 16 August 12:30-13:30
- Sessions include mandatory 30 min driver and passenger safety briefing
Track Day
- Drivers will be divided into groups according to speed and/or experience. We like to keep the groups relatively small, which means more track time for you and less traffic.
- Participants registered for individual Track Day Sessions who book two separate track day spots (excluding Second Driver) and sharing a car; groups will be allocated ensuring your car won’t run in back-to-back sessions.
Track Day Second Driver
- Two drivers can experience the Track Sessions at Symmons Plains Raceway using the same N vehicle with our second driver registration.
- The discounted second driver option allows for two drivers to share the same car on the same day within the five dedicated track sessions. Both drivers will also have access to expert one-on-one tuition from our Trackschool Trackdays instructors.
Cruis'N Laps
- Open to all attendees, you can also share the experience of Cruis'N Laps (speed limit 80-100 km/h) with friends and family members as passengers without the need for safety equipment or helmets.

AASA Track Day Licence
All drivers will be required to hold an AASA Licence. Please purchase the licence in advance if required.
- Option 1: AASA Day Licence $25 special (use promo code NCLUB-TAS-AUG26)
- Option 2: Annual AASA General Speed Event Licence ($195)
- Motorsport Australia Licences are not valid for these events
- Drivers and passengers do not require a Track Day licence to take part in Cruis’N Laps
- Passengers do not require a Track Day licence to go on track
Event requirements.
Driver Licence and Minimum Ages
- Drivers must hold a valid Full Driver Licence or Provisional Driver Licence
- Learner’s Permit will not be permitted
- Drivers on track - 17 years
- Passengers on track - 14 years
- All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian & provide proof of identity e.g. Medicare Card
Passengers
- Passenger sign-on and waiver to be completed on the day; to receive a passenger wrist band.
- Only one passenger is permitted to be in the vehicle (front passenger only) and must wear a seatbelt at all times.
- Must wear a helmet, closed in shoes, socks, long pants and long sleeve shirt (helmet and long sleeve clothing not required for Cruis'N Laps).
Vehicle
- Use your own i30 N, i30 Fastback N, i20 N, KONA N or i30 Sedan N.
- Your vehicle must be in good working order, with all safety systems operational.
- EV venue policy due to insurance and permit requirements Symmons Plains Raceway does not permit EVs on-track (IONIQ 6 N and IONIQ 5 N).
- Scrutineering for highly modified and non road-registered vehicles is now applicable; for safety purposes drivers and passengers must have the same level of safety equipment.
Clothing
- It is a requirement for all Track Day drivers and passengers to wear an ADR approved helmet, closed in shoes, socks, long pants and long sleeve shirt.
- Cruis’N Laps helmet is not required. Please wear closed in shoes and socks. Long sleeve clothing is not required (but preferred).
