Warranty

Hyundai Motors Indonesia provides a warranty to Hyundai vehicles if there is a defect material or error from the factory, not due to user error or material that has been used up or worn within a certain period as stated in the service book.

You can visit Authorized Hyundai Workshops throughout Indonesia to get Warranty service.

Terms and conditions Applicable Warranty

Vehicle owners are required to perform a regular service according to the guidelines in the service book at the Hyundai Authorized Workshop or Hyundai Mobile Service during the Warranty period.

Cars are used for normal use, not for racing, offroad, overloading and so on.

Do not make modifications that affect the performance, safety and durability of the vehicle.

The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, natural disasters, misuse and maintenance that is not in accordance with the conditions set by Hyundai.

Does not include parts that are worn due to use.

Other things that are stated in the warranty book and periodic service.

  • Warranty Coverage:

    - Basic Warranty 36 month/100.000 km (Excludes normal wear and certain maintenance items and exclusions).

    - 3+1 Year / 100,000 km warranty applies to car types (SANTA FE (CKD), CRETA, STARGAZER, PALISADE, STARIA 2023).

    - Power Train Service 36 month/100.000 km (Engine, Transmission/Transaxle).

    - Accu 24 month/40.000 km (Original components, replenishment/replacement).

    - Audio 24 month/40.000 km.

    * Vehicle warranty does not apply to maintenance parts, wear parts and worn out.

Warranty Hyundai Genuine Part
  • It is a guarantee of genuine Hyundai spare parts purchased and carried out by a Hyundai Authorized Workshop.
    Genuine Hyundai Parts have a warranty of 20,000 km / 1 year (whichever comes first) under the following conditions:
    1. The warranty applies only to genuine Hyundai parts under normal usage conditions.
    2. The warranty applies only to genuine Hyundai parts that are product defects.

    How to Submit a Claim:

    Consumers come to the Hyundai Authorized Workshop where spare parts installation is carried out and attach proof or invoice for the purchase of the intended parts and services.

Warranty Hyundai Genuine Accessories
  • It is a guarantee provided for Hyundai Genuine Accessories purchased and installed at an Authorized Hyundai repair shop.
    Genuine Hyundai accessories have a warranty of 20,000km/1 year (whichever is reached first, or determined otherwise at the time of the transaction) with the following conditions:
    1. Warranty only applies to genuine Hyundai accessories under normal usage conditions.
    2. Warranty only applies to Hyundai accessories which are production defects.

    How to Submit a Claim:

    Consumers come to the Hyundai Authorized Workshop where spare parts installation is carried out and attach proof or invoice for the purchase of the intended parts and services.

Warranty High Voltage Battery (EV)
  • Hyundai giving a warranty for Electric Batteries for Hyundai Electric Cars (EV) for 8 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes first).
