    Q. What is Bluelink Value-added Services?

    A. Bluelink Value-added Services or VAS is a service provided by Hyundai to Bluelink Customers, which offers purchase of fuel vouchers and advance booking of parking spaces at selected locations.

    Q. Is it necessary to use Bluelink registered number for login in Value-added Services?

    A. Yes, it is mandatory to use Bluelink registered number for using Value-added Services.

    Q. Is it going to affect the application behavior if required permissions are not provided?

    A. If you do not allow permissions, this will affect the certain features in application. It is recommended to provide necessary permissions.

    Q. I have clicked on Fuel Service, I am getting a pop-up as hotlisted Customer.

    A. Please contact IOCL help desk 1800-200-5611 or write an email to help@xtrarewards.com, if hotlisted Customer is displayed.

    Q. How many fuel voucher can I purchase?

    A. You can purchase maximum 4 fuel vouchers in a day.

    Q. What is the validity of fuel voucher?

    A. The validity of fuel voucher is a calendar day. It means each voucher will be auto-cancelled by midnight (11:59:59 hrs) and your voucher amount will be credited back to your source account.

    Q. Is there any limit for fuel voucher?

    A. Yes, for a single fuel voucher the limit is INR 6,000/- and for a cumulative of 4 fuel voucher limit is INR 10,000/-.

    Q. How many reward points, I will receive on purchasing of fuel vouchers?

    A. As a one-time offer, you will receive reward points equivalent to INR 50 on purchase and redemption of first 1,000 rupee of fuel voucher and reward points equivalent to INR 150 on purchase and redemption of 10,000 rupee of fuel voucher. The benefits offered are subject to change by IOCL. T&C applied.

    Q. Can I fill any car by using IOCL fuel vouchers?

    A. No, this fuel voucher is valid only for Hyundai Bluelink Vehicles.

    Q. Can I fill any container by using this fuel voucher?

    A. No, this fuel voucher is valid only for Hyundai Bluelink Vehicles.

    Q. Do I have to pay any fee or charges for making payment via Credit Card?

    A. Yes, fuel surcharge will be applicable on the fuel voucher purchase by credit card.

    Q. I have purchased a fuel voucher of INR 4,000, but my fuel tank is full in INR 3,500/- where and when will I receive my remaining amount?

    A. You will receive remaining amount in your source account within 2-3 days.

    Q. I have purchase a coupon of INR 2,000, but my full tank exceeded the value. Can I use another coupon for exceeded amount?

    A. No, two coupons cannot be used for a single transaction. You may proceed to make payment directly at IOCL retail outlet by cash or any other payment method as accepted.

    Q. Can I use multiple coupons/fuel vouchers at a time?

    A. No, only a single voucher can be used at a time.

    Q. I have purchased fuel voucher worth INR 3,000, but my reward points are not updated.

    A. Your reward points will be credited post redemption of fuel voucher at IOCL selected retail outlet. In case of any issues or concern, please contact IOCL help desk 1800-200-5611 or write an email to help@xtrarewards.com .

    Q. Can I opt out of Bluelink Value-added Services?

    Q. What happens if I force close the Application?

    A. It may lead to loss of information or data from you app.

    Q. How can I cancel my booked parking?

    A. Once, parking booking is confirmed, it is not allowed to cancel or modify.

    Q. I have booked parking in advance, but my booking was denied or not allowed to enter by parking executive.
