Terms & Conditions
1. The Campaign “Sabse Bada Deewana Contest” (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Activity’), organized by Hyundai Motor India Limited (“HMIL”) shall run from 2nd February 2026 to 21st February 2026 across India except for the State of Tamil Nadu.
2. The purpose of the Activity is to identify the most passionate fans of cricket and provide them with an opportunity to watch the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 Final through an all-expenses-paid trip. A total of ten (10) individuals, comprising five (5) winners along with one (1) companion per winner, shall be selected from valid entries received through radio and digital platforms.
3. The Activity is open to Indian nationals aged eighteen (18) years and above, residing in India, holding a valid driving licence, and possessing valid government-issued photo identity proof.
4. To participate in the Activity, the participant has to adhere to the following steps:
a) Step 1: Post a video and/or picture showcasing their love for cricket (including but not limited to playing gully cricket, recreating iconic cricket shots, or street cricket moments) on Instagram, being a social media platform where Hyundai India has an official presence, by tagging @Hyundaiindia and using the hashtag #HyundaiSabseBadaDeewana.
Points to note:
i. The participant’s Instagram profile must be set to public at the time of posting the entry and must remain public during the Activity period to qualify.
ii. Tagging @Hyundaiindia and using the hashtag #HyundaiSabseBadaDeewana on the post are mandatory for a valid entry.
iii. The participant must be following Hyundai India’s official Instagram handle (@Hyundaiindia) at the time of posting the entry and during the winner selection process. In the event a participant is found not to be following the official handle, such entry shall be deemed invalid and an alternate eligible participant shall be selected at the sole discretion of HMIL.
Step 2: Post the Instagram entry in accordance with Step 1 above between 2nd February 2026 and 21st February 2026 (“Activity Period”).
Entries posted, by participants located in the state of Tamil Nadu shall not be applicable and shall be deemed ineligible for this Activity.
Valid participation is subject to acceptance of, and adherence to, the requirements and Terms and Conditions governing the contest participation, as determined by HMIL.
5. Hyundai employees and their immediate family (Mother, Father, Spouse and Children) are not eligible for this contest.
6. Winners will be selected by using a randomizer tool from the pool of qualified participants.
7.The Prize shall consist of an all-expenses-paid trip for two (2) individuals per winner, comprising the winner and one (1) companion, to attend a match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. There will be total of 5 winners and 5 companions.
8. The process and decision of HMIL in selecting the winners for this Activity shall be final and binding on the participants and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained under any circumstances.
9. HMIL shall bear the expenses towards travel (including flights, trains, and local transport), accommodation directly related to travel for attending a match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 for the winner and one (1) companion. HMIL shall not bear any personal expenses of the winner or companion beyond the above-mentioned travel-related expenses. Apart from the entitlement to the expenses related to travel for attending the match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, the winner shall have no other rights or claims against HMIL.
10. Match dates, venues, and timings are subject to ICC regulations. HMIL is not liable for any match cancellations or rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
11. The gratification(s) are non-transferable, non-extendable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other Hyundai merchandise or service.
12. Selected winners shall be notified via Direct Message (DM) on their Instagram profiles used for participation in the Activity. Upon such notification, winners will be required to share their contact details for further communication and verification.
13. HMIL will not be liable for any late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner or for email failure/delay.
14. Winners shall confirm their attendance within 48 hours of receiving the first notification as per the instructions mentioned therein. Failure to respond or provide valid information within the said 48 hours will result in automatic disqualification.
15. HMIL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners, including age, identity, etc. and to disqualify any winner failing such verification.
16. The Participants shall ensure that the contents of their entries (post, comments, images or videos or stories) shall not infringe the Copyright Act, 1957 or any other laws in India. In the event, any claim is made against HMIL alleging that the content created and shared by the Participants infringe the copyrights, respective Participant shall alone be liable or responsible for the same and HMIL shall not be liable or responsible in any manner of whatsoever nature.
17. The content of entries must be original and conform to decency guidelines. Any post/story/image/video/comment, etc. deemed to contain content that depicts violence, abusive, immoral, unethical, illegal, anti-social, racial, obscene, offensive, profane, political, anti-religious or any other inflammatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable of any kind will be rejected. HMIL reserves the right to initiate legal action against the Participants who submitted the same. Interpretation of what is, and is not, appropriate material is at the sole discretion of HMIL.
18. The Participants should not deface or disparage HMIL and/or any brand of HMIL in any manner in the process of participating in the Activity.
19. HMIL will have no liability, in case someone is not able to participate in the Activity, due to inability to tag Hyundai India or follow the steps mentioned hereinabove.
20. HMIL reserves the right to withdraw/terminate the Activity without assigning any reason at any given point of time without any prior notice/ information and alter / change the Terms and Conditions of the Activity, process or means of gratification without any prior notice/information.
21. HMIL shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, etc. arising to the participant due to participation in the Activity or if the Activity is discontinued or cancelled by HMIL or in compliance of any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control and waive any claim against HMIL.
22. Activity is subject to force majeure conditions and HMIL shall bear no responsibility for cancellation or postponement of the Activity.
23. Activity will be void and not applicable in the State(s) where conducting such Activity is prohibited by law.
24. Any participation by participants is purely voluntary and participants are free to enrol for this Activity at their own discretion and free will. Participants would be solely held liable for any details including but not restricted to age, name, profession, personal information/details, etc. entered by them.
25. By participating in this Activity, participants consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal information by HMIL for the purposes of administering the Activity, subject to applicable data protection laws. Data may be processed by authorised partners and will be handled in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
26. HMIL or its officials demands no money or other consideration from participants under this scheme. HMIL shall not be responsible for any cost, damages or compensation to participant(s) for transferring or paying any money to any person(s) falsely representing themselves as HMIL representatives or officials.
27. HMIL reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant that it determines to be tampering with the process or the operation of this Activity, to be acting in breach of or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
28. By participating in the Activity, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and waive any claims against HMIL for claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Activity and waive any claim against HMIL.
29. HMIL shall be using on its discretion, the names, photographs, images, responses, clips, video, etc. of the winners on various social platforms, print media, or in any other mode to promote its product or brand without any additional consent or consideration to the winner and winner shall have no obligation on such right of HMIL for any reason whatsoever.
30. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, communication, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Activity, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
31. Any dispute arising out of this Activity or otherwise shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
