Concept THREE was unveiled to the world at IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich. As the first compact EV concept in the IONIQ EV family, it’s the next step in our electrification journey – signalling our expansion into a new vehicle category to compliment our existing range of midsize and large EVs.

Concept THREE showcases a bold expression of our Art of Steel design language, capturing emotional sculpting and dynamic forms to redefine the identity of compact EVs. The car’s interior prioritises intuitive design and ergonomic ease, ensuring comfort and focus for the driver while enabling seamless lifestyle integration.

    Concept THREE is an Aero Hatch – a new typology that reimagines the compact EV silhouette. It combines the compact practicality of a traditional hatchback with aerodynamic efficiency and sporty character.

    The car’s interior prioritises intuitive design and ergonomic ease. Its BYOL (Bring Your Own Lifestyle) modular widgets bring a personal, customisable touch to the interior.

    Who is Mr. Pix?

    Mr. Pix is a symbolic character integrated throughout the car to evoke curiosity and emotional connection, offering playful storytelling through hidden ‘Easter eggs’ and interactive design elements.
