Resale Value Guarantee

Mechanism:

The following are the requirements for this program:
1. Valid for sales (Retail Sales) of Hyundai STARGAZER, STARGAZER X, or CRETA.
2. This guarantee applies if the customer trades in any Hyundai car at an authorized Hyundai dealer in the third year of ownership (starting from the 25th month to the 36th month after the car delivery date).
3. Vehicles to be traded in must meet the following conditions:
• Total mileage must be less than 60,000 km.
• Never sold to another parties.
• Never involved in/experienced an accident that caused damage to the body chassis or vehicle engine.
• The vehicle must be covered by All Risk insurance which is still active at the time of trade-in.
• Never flooded (subject for validation from appointed Hyundai Inspector).
• No modification or utilized parts outside from Hyundai Genuine Parts (subject for validation from appointed Hyundai Inspector).
• The vehicle must have a regular maintenance record at an authorized Hyundai dealer.
• To claim the Hyundai Resale Value Program, the following documents must be submitted:
- Vehicle registration certificate (BPKB)
- Invoice
- Vehicle ownership certificate (STNK)
- Photocopy of ID card (KTP)
- Vehicle purchase receipt
- Three (3) copies of receipts (for name change purposes)
- Service and manual book
- Spare key
- Jack
- Wheel wrench
- Standard equipment from the manufacturer.
• The owner and/or the name listed in the vehicle registration certificate (STNK) must not be in the process of being seized for legal purposes or be involved in a legal case.
• For customers who purchase the vehicle on credit, they must pay off the remaining installments before trading in the vehicle at an authorized Hyundai dealer.
4. Hyundai Motor Indonesia will send a certificate through the dealer for each Hyundai STARGAZER, STARGAZER X, and CRETA customer.
5. Customers can claim this benefit by contacting the nearest dealer. The dealer will then check the requirements and condition of the customer's vehicle.
6. Hyundai will conduct a complete inspection of the customer's vehicle and validate its eligibility against the resale value guarantee requirements as listed in the previous points.
