Many car owners subscribe to extras such as spreading the cost of servicing, with a service plan, paying monthly for car insurance, road tax (or Vehicle Excise Duty as it’s technically known) and breakdown cover.
As Hyundai owners ourselves, just like you, we’re always open to other ways in which our ownership experience and our busy lives in general, can be made smoother, easier and flexible.
Subscribe myHyundai as the saying goes, does exactly what it says on the tin and offers you added “subscriptions” for want of a better word, of relevant services and support services to try and cover any eventuality.
There’s only a couple of things you need to be able to subscribe. Firstly you need to be a driver of the IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6 or all-new KONA Electric that’s less than 5 years old. Plus you need to have Bluelink activated along with the App on your smartphone. You can find everything you need to know about Bluelink below.
If you don’t own an IONIQ 5 or IONIQ 6, please keep checking in with your Hyundai retailer, as the service is being enhanced and will made available for further Hyundai models.
All you have to do is activate Bluelink on your smart phone. You’ll be sent an email within 48 hours with details on how to get signed up.
We may first need to email you to ask for your permission to contact you for marketing purposes and then after you have agreed, we will email you an invitation to join Subscribe myHyundai.

Yes, the Subscribe myHyundai support services are covered by our entire network of UK retailers. They’re all linked to the same system, so as soon as they input your details, they’ll know all about your vehicle.

Our Premium Roadside Assistance will make sure you’re never left stranded, with our nationwide support network and full-time UK call centre reaching out to you wherever you are in the UK or Channel Islands. It includes onward Travel cover to get you home if your car can't be fixed at the roadside. Whether that means a replacement car, overnight accommodation, or public transport costs.

Yes that’s right. Whether you’ve lost it at a music festival or you’re blaming it on the dog, we promise to deliver you a FREE replacement key within 72 hours, to locations throughout the UK. Just please try not to lose it more than once over a rolling 12-month period, otherwise there would be an extra charge.

Should the unfortunate happen and you need to make an insurance claim, call Hyundai First… first… and we’ll give you up to £250 cash back against any excess you had to pay to your insurer.
