    Whenever your Hyundai is in our care or if you're looking for some reassurance, especially coming up to winter or if you're planning on heading out on a long journey, we can carry out a complimentary health check of your Hyundai. It's a visual inspection of all key areas, such as checking that fluids are at the right levels, tyres are up to pressure or whether anything needs a little attention.

      1. Hyundai Bluelink Step 1

        Connect your Hyundai to the Bluelink app

        Simply download the Bluelink app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and connect your Hyundai.

      2. Step 2

        Consent to Hyundai contacting you

        Once connected, we will send you an email within 24 to 48 hours to ask for your consent to contact you so we can maximise your ownership experience. We will use the email address you used when connecting to Bluelink.

      3. Step 3

        Activate your subscription

        We'll send a secure activation link via email within 24 to 48 hours upon completing 'Step 2'. The email will be directed to the same email address used during your connection to Bluelink in 'Step 1'.

        If you've previously activated Bluelink and require the email to be resent, please contact the Hyundai Customer Contact Centre at 03443 460 124.

        As Hyundai owners ourselves, just like you, we’re always open to other ways in which our ownership experience and our busy lives in general, can be made smoother, easier and flexible.

        Subscribe myHyundai as the saying goes, does exactly what it says on the tin and offers you added “subscriptions” for want of a better word, of relevant services and support services to try and cover any eventuality.

        Subscribe myHyundai gives you total care all wrapped up in a single monthly payment, where you choose a mileage tier to suit you. It includes all your schedules services, anti-perforation inspections, electric vehicle heath checks, reduced insurance excess costs, roadside assistance in the UK and Europe, key replacement service for lost keys, our Bluelink App, wireless vehicle updates and much more. 

        There’s only a couple of things you need to be able to subscribe. Firstly you need to be a driver of the IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6 or all-new KONA Electric that’s less than 5 years old. Plus you need to have Bluelink activated along with the App on your smartphone. You can find everything you need to know about Bluelink below.

        If you don’t own an IONIQ 5 or IONIQ 6, please keep checking in with your Hyundai retailer, as the service is being enhanced and will made available for further Hyundai models.

        Once you’re subscribed, you’re covered recurringly each month until your Hyundai reaches 5 years from first registration. 
        With Subscribe myHyundai you’re not tied into a long term contract. You can cancel at any time and if you then re-subscribe within 30 days you won’t have to pay a re-activation fee.

        All you have to do is activate Bluelink on your smart phone. You’ll be sent an email within 48 hours with details on how to get signed up.

        We may first need to email you to ask for your permission to contact you for marketing purposes and then after you have agreed, we will email you an invitation to join Subscribe myHyundai.

        That’s right. An initial payment will be taken by way of a secure payment link, then all following payments will be taken by way of Direct Debit on the 1st of every month.
        Yes. It’s nice and simple, as all VAT invoices will be available in your Subscribe myHyundai online account.

        Yes, the Subscribe myHyundai support services are covered by our entire network of UK retailers. They’re all linked to the same system, so as soon as they input your details, they’ll know all about your vehicle.

        Don’t worry, Subscribe myHundai is flexible and built around you. So, in the event that you cover more miles than usual, over a consecutive 2-month period, we will reach out to you and suggest that you upgrade to the package that suits your current driving style. The great thing about your subscription is that it can change with you, so if you are no longer commuting to work for example, you can just as easily drop back down the mileage tiers.
        Providing that you are on any tier above the base 850 mile per month tier (equivalent to 10,000 miles per year) simply call our dedicated team at the Hyundai Customer Contact Centre on 03443 460 124 and they will facilitate the switch for you. 
        Yes, whichever tier you choose, the correct service intervals for your mileage will be calculated and covered.
        It covers all the annual scheduled services, which will always be carried out by Hyundai trained technicians, using only genuine Hyundai parts and all to the manufacturer’s specification.

It includes onward Travel cover to get you home if your car can't be fixed at the roadside. Whether that means a replacement car, overnight accommodation, or public transport costs.

        Yes that’s right. Whether you’ve lost it at a music festival or you’re blaming it on the dog, we promise to deliver you a FREE replacement key within 72 hours, to locations throughout the UK. Just please try not to lose it more than once over a rolling 12-month period, otherwise there would be an extra charge.
