Depending on your mobility needs and performance wants, you can pick your power and preferred range: the 48.4 kWh battery with up to 234 miles driving range. Or the 65.4 kWh version that delivers a range of up to 319 miles on a single charge. ²

Outstanding range.

When equipped with the long range 65.4 kWh battery, the KONA Electric delivers a class-leading 319 miles of all-electric driving range. (WLTP) ²
Rapid charging.

You can add 100 miles of range in just 15 minutes at a DC rapid charging point (102 kW) when equipped with the long range 65.4 kWh battery and 17” wheels. ²
Sporty acceleration.

The KONA Electric delivers sporty acceleration: going from 0 to 62 mph in just 7.8 seconds in the 17” wheel version equipped with the long range 65.4 kWh battery.

Long range battery.

In the long range battery version: 65.4 kWh, equipped with FWD and 17" wheels, KONA Electric's battery system delivers the following charging times:

102 kW DC fast charging station: Charging time 41 min from 10 to 80%. Range added from 15 minutes of charging: 100 miles.

Standard range battery.

In the standard range battery version: 48.4 kWh, equipped with FWD and 17" wheels, KONA Electric's battery system delivers the following charging times:

74 kW DC fast charging station: Charging time 41 min from 10 to 80%. Range added from 15 minutes of charging: 70 miles.

The KONA Electric is equipped with a 10.5 kW on-board charger (OBC.) On a 11 kW home wallbox or public AC charging station (EU 3-phase 230V) the charging time is: 6 hours and 25 minutes.
